Call of Duty Black Ops 6 officially revealed at the Xbox direct 2024. I played BO6 at Treyarch recently, and I want to explain what you need to know, BO6 will come with a fully loaded campaign taking place after the events of Black Ops 2, returning characters like Frank Woods and new ones too. Black Ops 6 Multiplayer features a new omnimovement system that allows for more creative control of your movement in game. Classic Prestige and theater mode return as well. Black Ops 6 also will have 2 brand new Round Based zombies maps called Liberty Falls, and Terminus, alongside a dedicated canon crew again. Black Ops 6 will be releasing on October 25th 2024. - เกม

Everything said about zombies is so hype. Cannon crew, two maps, one simple one complex. This is what we needed, and it shows that 3arc is listening

I’ve been playing zombies since WaW not only new zombies players enjoyed outbreak.
It’s a fun side mode that mixes things up. There’s nothing wrong with having choices my guy.
I’m not sure there is a canon crew. In the shot where it zooms out to show the whole island, you see this crew. The woman in the red shirt (who was also seen in the 1 second zombies teaser) can also be seen in the multiplayer omnimovement showcase.
I’m annoyed, but not surprised.

@@awesome7gang179 they confirmed that there will be a cannon crew. Weever, Carver, and two others I can’t remember. We’ll be able to pick operators as well but they will be the main four

I’m optimistic about BO6. Treyarch has been listening to the community and you can tell by how many things they specifically mentioned: 16 new 3 lane maps, footstep audio, traditional prestige, round based zombies, zombies crew, movement mechanic changes, etc.
I’m still not preordering, but I am excited to play the beta and see how the new MP feels. This game feels like it’s going to innovate movement for the first time since MW2019.
3arc usually cooks (with the rare slipup like BO4). preordering is always stupid even if you like the game tho

Gamepass is just a loophole for you to eventually having to buy it. that showcase was COD and a bunch of D&Ds and single player stuff that once completed you’ll put it away and never play it again.

If the open combat missions have some form of structure then fair enough. I just don’t want to have the same issue with mw3. Plus I’m glad they are balancing it out between those missions and your standard call of duty missions.
I will say this I did enjoy the cw campaign, but it would be good to see on how this one will follow up.

I’m really glad they’re not catering to casuals and giving us more gameplay options. Advanced Warfare is still my fav CoD and I can only dream of going back to that movement system.

Wdym casuals? This game is gonna be rigged like all the other new come titles. They haven't even announced that they're even using EOMM even though it's on their patent, meaning that there's still going to be a bull rng system that will randomly change the game depending if the AI wants the match your playing to have you win or lose.

I was very impressed by what I saw at the reveal, adding max payne style shootdodging, being able to run in any direction ALA Killing Floor 2, a Treyarch game in the new engine? I'm somewhat optimistic, but I'm still waiting until after release and see what the reviews have to say.

So it'll still have operators from what I can see...cool...and is there still going to be the battle pass thing? I'm kind of tired grinding out a battle pass for a lot of these games. I don't have time and kinda takes the fun out of it. I have other things to do

Zombies bringing back a Crew got me really excited with Operators I thought having real characters was dead, Round Based and 2 maps is also amazing and on the Multiplayer side of things having Traditional Prestige back is the thing I wanted most, I have found Multiplayer boring without it, I like Camo challenges and all but without the Prestige grind I've been getting bored fast
But all that said as great as it all sounds I'm still going to keep my expectations neutral because past few CoDs haven't been very good, Cold War I remember thinking it was a step in the right direction but there was room for improvement
I know this might sound nuts, but in addition to round based and hopefully a new map every season, I’d actually like if they brought back onslaught or outbreak

Cold War brought me back to the series and the last time I prestiged in a game was BO2. I couldn’t get into Vanguard MWII or MWIII

There should be at least 16 for that. + he said "obviously a full campaign" that doesn't mean long, even short campaigns are full. Cold War's war short, BO4 didn't have one etc
Omni-directional movement was amazing in Battlefield V. Battlefield V had the best movement out of any COD, or BF game.
My only issue with Omni-directional movement in COD is that there's no destructible environment.
It works fluidly in Battlefield because the walls of the buildings can all be blown out, and shredded to pieces. But in COD there isn't any of that, so if theres like two entries into a building, and someone is bunny hopping and swan diving shooting out those two points of entry, while switching their direction once they're on the ground quickly, in a super fast unnatural sequence, then it will be an issue.

I just want to know about Outbreak. Cold War Outbreak was excellent. Enjoyed the leveling, planning, and open randomness over years of round base. My friends and I are looking forward to that the most. Im sure its in there. Probably why only two round based maps.

Ehhh, "excellent" is a big stretch. It gets boring very fast once you have played on each outbreak map. It's all the same couple of objectives repeated over and over again and there is pretty much no sense of danger or anything that's threatening you outside of these objectives and lot of the gameplay just ends up being traveling from point a to point b and picking up loot won't even be important at all after the 2 or 3 world tiers because you will be pretty much set by thar point. It also has a really jarring sudden spike in difficulty where it gets from laughably easy and you can do everything with just your base weapon to absurdly difficult very quickly where a triple packed gun and tier 3 armor is an absolute necessity to even stand a chance. Don't get me wrong, the idea of a zombies mode on a huge fully open map sounds great on paper but it definitely needs some further work in execution. I'd rather play tranzit tbh if I want that kind of experience.
@the_seer_0421 The same could be said of round based imo. Gets old way faster with less area to play in and exact same rounds over and over. For my group and I, Outbreak was the logical next step for zombies mode. More freedom and more random situations. Always room for improvement in these modes, and I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done this time.

I can’t believe I’m thinking about pre ordering after I bought MW3. So many content creators saying how good something is and “to wait to get my hands on it” turned my “wait for reviewers” into “must buy” and I do realize that was a mistake. MW3 was so bad I can’t believe I got it because I was excited for the campaign, Zombies, and MP.

They said that they will try to go for a more "grounded" approach. Will see how that will work out.

Pretty good zombie mode but I wish they would've added 4 round based maps
It seems the salvage system could be back, kind of a bummer tbh. I feel like most of my games everyone was constantly fighting for the salvage drops and sometimes it took forever to get enough to fully upgrade armor/gun.
Plus it made guns feel way more generic, there aren't really "good guns" or "bad guns" in the box anymore, it's just higher or lower tier guns

Joke's aside, I don't mind the salvage nor the rarity system, in fact I like it because it gives you more reason to get use "weaker" weapons and it's not just about getting the 1 good gun and then you're set for the rest of the game. It also makes box luck better the higher round you are on. I also think that the triple PaP is a good concept because it gives me something to work for even on round 30+. The only addition I didn't really like was the armor system which made the game way too easy. If they remove that or are least tone it down and make zombies as aggressive as in bo3 then it would be near perfect gameplay wise.
