“I’m so numb” That’s how I feel for the past years and I don’t know why. As long as I remember I’ve been depressed since I was young and just had small moments when I felt happy and loved but now.. I feel so lonely depressed and numb in a whole new level. I don’t know why. I lost all interest in life and I get never happy over things. I’m isolating myself from everyone. I tried talking to many people but no one showed that they cared enough even my parents. I tried everything from eating healthy to exercising and tried different ways to gain dopamine but it went too fast. I’m so low and depressed the whole time. It could be my hormones that develops cause I’m a teenager.. what the hell should I do? I don’t wanna kill myself. I’m the type who lead people to the right way and show them that I’m a strong person who everyone can depend on. It feels like I’m drowning in a deep dark sea and I just can’t get up.
i can relate to this, being someone that others can turn to for support but emotionally just not being there. Stay strong
