I started eating canned tuna with my lunch yesterday and today. Usually the only way I'll eat tuna is as sashimi or sushi. I went my whole life not eating canned tuna, just other types of canned fish. I guess I was missing out! It's so convenient, healthy, and cheap. I'm not diabetic, I just find the topics interesting. Also, what ingredients would you put into a trail mix that you would eat? I put together a trail mix with these ingredients: * Broken banana chips * Coconut shreds * Papaya bits * Pineapple bits * Date bits * Apple bits * Cranberry bits * Raisins * Pumpkin seeds * Pine nuts * Almonds * Walnuts What would you add or omit? A "what I eat in a week as a dietitian" video would be interesting!
Hiya I personally don’t eat many trail mixes but I’m not sure there’s a any particularly rules for what you have or don’t have in a trail mix. It also depends on what else is in your diet but then that’s a question of the overall diet rather than just one meal or snack. So I wouldn’t worry too much about just one meal. And thanks for the video suggestion. I’ll have a think about that one Mark
Thank you for this. Great info
