@@alipaver7358 I shouldn't say this because I cooked it, but actually it was pretty damn amazing. I really enjoyed it. A lot of texture and flavours. Smile. Could you see me in the video. I was worried about the positioning and the angle, hopefully you've got everything in and I wasn't missing a head or anything. :-). X

@@BlindGirlVlogs I’m so glad it was yummy it looked very tasty!!
The camera was in exactly the right spot to see everything you were doing, I did get a bit scared when you put your fingers in the hot oil but you explained why you had to do that perfectly xx

@@BlindGirlVlogs You're very welcome! I'm doing great now that I found your channel. After being sighted all of her life, my 57 year old mother suddenly lost her vision a few weeks ago to acute angle glaucoma, and it's been very painful for her trying to cope. It's been hard for us all, because being able to do little things like watch television, sit outside and look at the greenery, see her grandchildren's smiling faces, or her little chihuahua lola brought her joy. Now she can't do those things anymore and for her it's very painful, emotionally. I've been motivating her, by telling her that there are so many amazing people like you in the world who are talented and skilled and do everything sighted people do. I know it's easy for me to say it as a sighted person, but I really want her to know that she's the same amazing person. Your page has inspired me so much not only for my mother , but also for myself just being the person you are. Thank you so much, for being one of the most amazing people ever.

@@SheilahSmith-bz8mh you're incredible and beautiful words have brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your mothers, personal journey with her new diagnosis. I just want you all to know that even though it's painful and heartbreaking at the moment, there is hope. Keep believing and never give up. Some days are going to be better than others. Having the love and support from friends and family is key so definitely keep reaching out to people and talking. There are many different organisations and charities out there to assist and don't forget you can tap into your local authority to. I know the heartache your mother is experiencing and I just want to give her a virtual hug to say there is still life out there. You can do it. I'm always available if you want to ask more questions or I'm happy to share my personal email address. If you want to say anything that is private or confidential, I just want to be as much help as you want me to be. I know it's not an easy time for her, or for you as a family to have these adjustments. Sending you a virtual hug too. XX

@@SheilahSmith-bz8mh I thought I would post a short video. I did last year which is an animation of my own personal sight loss journey living with glaucoma. I hope it offers some comfort to your mum.
