Epic arms and also bats88 have reviewed this rifle and all have been pretty positive. Mainly very reliable which is pretty lacking here in Canada. Nice work on the review/ video. I really enjoyed hearing your perspective
Dude careful shooting in a pit. Specially ones with straight up walls. The amount of ricochet's you can get there is insane. Mud pits or somewhere that will absorb the bullets arw way better. Careful man. Great review!
Would love to see how this is still performing after a few thousand rounds of chinese surplus. Regardless, we need more reliable semi autos in canada. Everyone shits on the wkc 180, even the gens 2. Piston issues etc
My Gen 1 disassembled itself after 100 rounds. Like everything attached to the upper just kind of came off… And sold it shortly after fixing all the issues…
I have the WK181 gen 2 and I’ve put 900 rounds or norinco steel case through it with minimal issues. Occasionally had a failure to feed due to the friction of steel case ammo. Hornady sst works great though and good for pushing bush or standing post during deer hunting.
I have both I can give a bit of a insight So for the wk, if you’re planning on putting a muzzle break (I had a blast diffuser over the break) on it, gotta be careful because the gun is already super over gassed so I had a problem with the gas piston going too far back making it slip out of the gas tube track causing a range day ending malfunction due to you needing you take the entire gun apart to be able to put the gas piston back It’s also a really dirty gun compared to the SRV, you’ll get black marks on your hands if you’re not wearing gloves (which the SRV doesn’t struggle with) Both guns are really similar maintenance wise, the SRV is easier to field clean because the gun doesn’t pop open when taken apart
Quick question as a new viewer, why you would blur your face out in the first part, then do a talking head video after it ? Not you firing it? Thanks for the review, very nice Gat.
Hey man nice work! Quick question buddy, like what place i can go and play freely with my rifle in canada like how far do i have to go north? To avoid the contact with these Conservation officers to give a headache
Hey man. Thanks for the video. I got mine in .556. But it’s not chambering a next round. Any idea why? I was thinking it had to do with the gas but I need to look into that more. 556 let’s you have 10 rounds in the mag and those mags can attachable mags giving you 20 rounds. But I do like 7.62 too. I have a m+m mx10 in 7.62. Stay cool.
Here’s some suggestions off the cuff Try new mags (might be a weak spring) Try to take off/ put a new muzzle device on Clean the rifle and lube it with quality lube Shoot brass case

@PitPwny yeah heard the gen 1 for both the wk180 and wk181 were shitty. I'm talking about this version specifically the gen 2 181

Thanks for the review man! I’d love your opinion comparing this to the BCL SRV2 in .556.

crown land if you get a gun license, shooting ranges, private properties with permission.
how many rounds you get through it
Wait to see how many rounds until the piston broken...
Apparently the WK181C has a beefier piston rod than the WK180C.
Its a better piston ppl mad it didnt go onto gen one 180 rifles for the 556
The hunting gear guy shot 10 000 rounds out of his 181 and not a single problem with the piston.
Does it have a chrome lined barrel?
Unfortunately not.
Can you tell me this place where did you shot?

@@dodoman6372 thanks man! I’ll try those. Much appreciated.
why are you wearing a plate carrier Mr gravy seal
Has to be Canada. I know plenty of places in the States where it would be restricted.
Lol did the the neutered mags give it away 😂
He said "zed" and had Canadian flag patches too.
Banned
Nice gun but could be better with the TNA advanced upper
Lopez Shirley Lopez Deborah Thompson Richard

Why does everyone put a flashlight on firearms? You shooting at night?
If someone breaks in at night, maybe
To see in the dark duh
Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it
Lost count how many times you flagged your camera. Unreal
This is a joke right? Lol
