This is one of my favorite scenes in all wagnerian repertory, and this is now one of my favorite versions. The great Lamara Chkonia brings that girly quality to the character, which many sopranos lack, taking us alongside the full expressive range that is required here. As for Tymokhin, his radiant sweet voice conveys a wonderful Lohengrin. Greatest pleasure to listen to!!! Thank you so very much for this beauty!!!
