I've never considered myself a fan of MGK but I keep coming back to this video. I really enjoy everything about it. The vibe is on point, the beat is great, the lyrics are playful but surprisingly introspective, and I know Weezy killing it on guest verses is a meme by this point, but he really did kill it on the guest verse once again. I wouldn't say this song made me love him, I also wouldn't say I ever really hated him, but if anything, this song made me really respect MGK. He's in his own lane doing his own thing, and you gotta respect that.

I think this song shows how quickly he just threw words together in hopes of it sounding like a song. It doesn't make sense. Prob one of my least fave songs of his, it just seems sloppy and so does the quickly made unplanned video. But I give him credit for doing it all on an iphone and last min. Lol

That man can dominate all genres with ease as well. STILL, MGK is for sure one of those amazing talented artist that doesn't need his own lane be to be heard, he can ride any sound very well.
