    When I do these exercises I feel it in the shoulders. What am I doing wrong?

      I do the same the only thing I've gotta out of the total gym is shoulder an biceps so far I do not like the total gym.

      If you're doing these chest exercises and feeling it mostly or all in the shoulders, that means your arms are too high and/or you're ending the movements with your arms too high. Look up shoulder exercises, and you'll notice a few of them are similar to chest movements, with the exception being the shoulder movement starts out low, but finishes high. Any movement that forces your arms higher than shoulder level, activates the shoulder muscles.
      To keep the chest engaged, get your arms lower. Try to keep the arms at chest level or slightly lower.

      @@roadrunnertopgun8680 , the Total Gym is great if you use it correctly for each exercise. I got an excellent chest and back workout yesterday, as well as biceps and triceps. Just make sure you have good form doing each movement, and you'll reap the benefits.
