    My friend who was a retired gunsmith used this die for the first time in 07” I believe for a German made 300 Weatherby. He shot a dimed shot group with it! Since he passed back in 2020 I bought the die off of his grandson and bought his 300 Weatherby. I look forward to using it! And will be buying another or more in the future! Thank You for this ingenious reloading tool! I also got your digital gauge which is on your channel.

    Larry, I recently bought you die for my 300 Holland & Holland. I first saw this on TH-cam from a gentleman in New Zealand. Then I saw Randy from The Real Gunsmith channel. I noticed he has over 18K views on your product, you have just over 6K. I would suggest you give away a few of your dies away to some of these “Influencers” on TH-cam and get some free advertising. You should up your social media game, because this is a great product that many people don’t know about. There’s a couple on TH-cam named Mark and Sam After Work in Australia 🇦🇺. If he doesn’t already have one of your dies, I’d send him one and see the type of exposure you get. Best of luck, great product!

    I picked this product up at the suggestion of a member of my Calguns. Looks very high quality. Excited to try it out. Guess I better pick up some sizing wax.

    Been using one of these dies on 300WM for several years. Where I once only got 4-5 loadings from a Winchester case, I now get 9 or 10. Winchester is good, tough brass. Federal cases last a little more than half of the Winchester cases.

      Glad to hear it ! However if you want to get 15-20 loadings try using our digital headspace gauge to limit the amount of brass working during the resizing process which is when the bulge is initially formed. Most shooters using standard comparators notice almost double the amount of reloads after switching to it. If you already use our gauge give us a call and we can help get you more life out of your brass with a few pointers. Happy Shooting !

    I bought your collet die for a 300 win mag. My concern is the other dies that I will be using along with your die. I have a New Redding body resizing die and a New Lee Neck sizing die. Do you see any issues with me using these two dies to reload 300 win mag along with your collet die?

    • @reloadingtechnologies6120
      @reloadingtechnologies6120  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No issue at all , our die will just be the last one you use in the process if your case has expanded just above the belt after resizing is complete. Check this by measuring a once fired case above the belt and then use our die to achieve .001 less than that of the fired case . Good luck and happy shooting . Call us with any questions you may have , phone number is in the description!

    By pushing the case through this die as the last step of the re-sizing process, is it going to extend it and change the datum line?

    I have used the collet die from Larry ,, over 380 Weatherby shot cases from range from different rifles ,,, easy I would say 374 casing were resized to Sami spec for my gun ,,, 6 of them did not make it ,,, this would be the 300 Weatherby

    Save some money on the "sizing wax" and buy a tub of lanolin from amazon for 9 bucks.

    Will these dies work in a Forster coax press??

      Yes you will just need the shellholder adapter

      @@reloadingtechnologies6120 would it be possible to mill out the spots where the coax universal jaws bolts would contact the die instead? Or is that probably not worth the hassle and just get the universal shell holder instead?

      Andrew Knockwood Yes. However, the Forster Co-Ax press requires the Forster shellholder adapter. We have a good Tech Tip on this subject (with pictures) on the website. LarryWillis.com
