Is it harmful to use minoxidine when I have dandruff? Hair does not grow by minoxdine if i use i have dandruff plc answer ?
Finasteride 1ml every 2-3 days minoxidil oil once nightly and three prp sessions a year has worked wonders for me. 😊

PRP is one of the best treatment as I’m taking finasteride and Minoxidil oral and topical but still not enough to stop hair loss. PRP help a lot from time to time to do I’m talking with my own experience not what doctors say .

it is actually a topical PRP serum that is specially prepared so it can last in your fridge for up to 6 months from its clinical preparation. It could be probably utilized with microneedling regimen but Dr Saifi doesnt seem to be utilizing it this way.
Isn't prp technically doing the same thing microneedling is doing? Sending a message to the body to trigger inflammation and Increase blood flow and healing in the area? Needling just seems faster.
However I have seen prp used with an activator where they burst the growth factors so they starts ending that signal. Calcium chloride if memory serves.
If that works maybe it would make sense to rub some of that around after needling and get the same effect. - dimitri

PRP in my country and my hometown is so cheap, like 12 dollars, doctor told me i would see results after 5 sessions and i'm gonna do third session this month and hope it works, i also take dutasteride once every two days for two months

i don't know really, but from what i've learned, PRP is mainly for hair restoration and regrowth and dutasteride is for stopping hair loss @@asklepios2221

I'm a 5 day post HT and my doctor told me that I should do PRP in about a month. He also advised me to use Viviscal tablets, and to start using half a dose of 5mg Finasteride after a month, every 2/3 days.
Day 1: 2804 grafts extracted
Day 2: 3750 grafts extracted
Still got btw 4 and 5k grafts as my donor is abundant. He told me I have around 147 grafts per 1/cm2 and that I have smaller head so it was kinda easier for him.
Anyway he said that PRP is not a magical solution, but that it can definitely help. Not much but it can, and he did it during the HT.
I did an HT in Belgrade, Serbia and you know how it works here in the Balkans - all of HT doctors know each other and communicate on a daily basis. They're like a HT mafia here lol...Zarev is their overlord 😂

You need ketoconazole for dandruff
U need oral minoxidil
I use prp with dutasterside and it’s been game changer for me

I can tell you without watching video that you wasted your time by seeking answers from doctor, they will tell you what benefits then. Ask 50 people ( much larger group) who have gotten prp and summarize. You welcome
They make more money from PRP than the transplants, of course they will recommend it
It does not worth the money spend, it is better to spend it in finasteride and minoxidir and hair transplant.
PRP is toooooo expensive , does not worth the money. Better Spend it buying minoxidil and finasteride and while using it save up for hair transplant.
