Chance.... I am glad you showed this home. Several years ago, I discovered Silver Crest Homes online. They are some of the most unique plans I have ever seen. A lot of their plans look like site built homes, definitely not like one produced in a factory.
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager, Amelia Naik
I CAN SEE THIS HOUSE COSTING THIS MUCH!! IT'S LONG, LEAN, AND THE LENGTH IS STUNNING!! IT LOOKS LIKE SEVERAL HOUSES IN ONE!! FROM THE EXTERIOR TO THE INTERIOR IS VERY LOVELY!! THANK YOU FOR TAKING A( CHANCE) ON THIS HOME!!
This video proves that progress comes from taking continuous, thoughtful steps forward. Success isn’t about taking shortcuts, but about refining your approach.
Hey chance just wanted to give you a shout out brother love what you've done with the channel it just keeps growing also I want to thank you for being a brother in Christ love what you do❤
Thanks for showing this. I will definitely check on Silvercrest Homes and see what they have to offer. It’s nice to see a lived in property on some land versus a staged one on the retailers lot. It helps to see the potential. She did an amazing job with the design elements. The love she poured into the details of this home definitely increased its value. I will say, owning a land lot with an avocado grove can be a major revenue generator in California. Even if they don’t convert their grove into a workable farm, the resell potential will be huge. The property is located in San Diego, which has some VERY expensive areas. The moment the owners had that custom home built and placed on the land, the appraisal went through the roof. And they most likely got it approved through the state as a house and not vehicle, which most California manufactured homes are registered as the latter. Bravo to them. Imagine if the owners bought the raw land for $75k-$100k and then spent about $400k on the build and customization of their home. Then get it appraised and KAPOW, a whopping $1mil+ of equity and value. 🎉 I can hear a realtor saying to their clients, “Location. Location. Location” and “This one won’t last. You better put in an offer soon!”😂This is awesome!!!
Yeah and once the house was built on it the appraisal went sky high. A lot of people are confusing appraisal with how much the purchase price of the house was/is. Because at the end of the video you can see what this model costs before customizations and it’s reasonably priced. I think it showed a purchase price of $295k+ which is great, especially in SoCal.
Excellent home. I like open floor plans. The lot reminds me of the Arizona home, the third of three we have owned, our 3100 sf home backing to parkland with mountain views in an Arizona master planned community looking toward White Tank mountain park, one of the largest urban parks in the US in the desert southwest and Phoenix's Sonoran desert. This home, because of its location is what I feel is the finest you have ever shown. Its location extends its square footage and is one of the reason I, my significant other fell in love with the stark beauty of the desert.
Beautiful home! I’m not surprised at what it appraised for so CA can get more property tax from the owner. Hey I have a hard question for you. If you and Kaitlyn were getting ready to order a house after all that you’ve toured, what home would you choose? I’m a long time follower so I’ve seen all your tours some more than once.
Finally, someone who likes LVP all the way through the house the way I do! Floor vents, too. I like that kitchen; I like that huge mirror in the main bath. Good tour, Chance. Blessings to you and your family.
On the layout of the home it shows a pantry in the kitchen which you didn’t show us. You mentioned cabinets over there, but there is a what looks like a walk in pantry.
The home is beautiful and very large . I can't believe it's less than 1200 square ft'. It would have to be placed in a different state for me to even consider it!
This house is very nice and I really like it. Love the exterior look! I would change a few things. All of the bedrooms except for the master are kinda small, and I would like 2 sinks in the guest bathroom. Love the green color. Thanks Chance for another great tour.
It's really nice home overall, for me those guest bedrooms are a little too small. If I were looking for a home like this I would definitely want a layout that would make those larger, maybe moving them further back and getting rid of that extra living space would be the way to do it
You can connect your MacBook at home to a screen like that, with an external keyboard and mouse too! And then just disconnect for travel! Best of both worlds! :D
Thanks for sharing. I have to admit I'm not really impressed. Bed rooms are too small. You have shown other models that are well better and a whole lot cheaper. Looking forward the next video.
Now, I want my husband to put a barn door like that one across my familyroom. My kitchen is set up a bit differently. My table is over by my French doors. And where this kitchen table is, is my formal living room. My house is just over 2400 square feet.
San Diego is about 2.5 hours (with no traffic) south of the Los Angeles county fires. But San Diego is also vulnerable to our California fire season which lasts year-round now that our state is in a constant state of drought. 😢 This is something I’m concerned about as I look for land in SoCal to develop for my family. There’s really no way to avoid the risk so I know I will just have to pray for the best.
While this home is gorgeous I was so, so disappointed once you opened the door. I found no coat closet, no half bath, no bathtub, no pantry or butler’s closet and the microwave is just sitting on top of a table. All for the price of a mere one million dollars 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Miss Teena 💎
Sadly, many of the manufactured homes I see designed for the California, Arizona, and Nevada markets keep building 2/2, 3/2, 4/2. I don’t think they understand that we really want that 1/2 bath for guests instead of keeping the 2nd bathroom “guest ready” which isn’t feasible when the guest bedrooms are for kids or roommates. 😢 For clarification, the house didn’t cost $1 million to build and customize. The entire property, which includes the house, land, and avocado grove, was appraised by an appraiser to have a potential value of $1 million. The house before customizations is around $300k.
Great tour Chance.😃 I've been to San Diego and this is a beautiful property. The homes are spaced very nicely unlike so many subdivisions in California. The customization by the owners is lovely. I believe that I spotted a detached double garage in this video. Yay! The bank of cabinets in the kitchen is functional vs. a walk-in pantry. The flooring is pretty and practical especially with kids and/or pets.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It would be an advantage to use solar panels in the desert.🫠 Thanks Chance!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😃
This wouldn’t be classified as a mobile home 😅. It was valued at over $1 million because of the farm land it’s built on. That’s a potential revenue generator if she wants. The house itself is probably closer to $300k before customizations and $350k-$450k after high-end interior and exterior customizations. So the resell value of the house with land could definitely go for $1 million-plus in Southern California, especially in San Diego.
@@dianakidd4219And some of those didn’t come close to looking this nice. But yeah, it’s the land value that bumps up those prices. Beachfront property in SoCal can cost millions of dollars. I’ve seen some old 1970s built trailers and mobile homes propped up along the coast. Those owners are holding on to that land for dear life 😂
Urgent state of emergency please join me in prayer for all those affected families children animals firefighters massive fires in California they desperately need your prayers please pray for them God bless you all...
the 1.2 million is because of where the mobile home is located. San Diego County California, PLUS however much land is with the mobile home. NO MOBILE HOME is worth anywhere near that amount of money.
Folks are confusing “APPRAISED” and “Sales Price. Be mindful that the appraiser’s report would include the value of the entire property: house with high-end customizations, land, and avocado grove. Watch the entire video to the end to see the retail price of $295k (pre-customizations, taxes, delivery, etc). Always watch til the end folks. 😅
I'm somewhat disappointed that the laundry room is small in this large home, I expected a larger one with a utility sink at least. Wish the kitchen living room had separation instead of just all Open
Jesus Christ died for our Sins according to the scriptures and that he was buried and that he rose Again the third day praise God praying for everyone Everyday God bless you all.....
The home never appraised for that much.... the land the house sits own evidently is worth millions. Someone can easily tear down that $$$ house to make it more valuable. Remember it’s not the house, it’s the land,
Yo. Not feeling this one at all. I’ve seen smaller homes decorated way better than this one and a better floor plan. Not everything is for everyone. But thanks.
I dont see how this is worth $1.2 Million. Maybe the land it sets on, but not the actual house. The house is fine. A bit ordinary. Just doesnt scream Millions to me.
Absolutely gorgeous. She is a phenomenal decorator. Doesn't even look like a manufactured or modular home.
I love that barn door so cool but no panty laundry room should be bigger
Master bedroom is cool
AWWW thank you so much! I really appreciate it! That was my goal.
Oh wow that's beautiful. The home itself is gorgeous but the property and how it's decorated. Absolutely beautiful
It really is!
Chance.... I am glad you showed this home. Several years ago, I discovered Silver Crest Homes online. They are some of the most unique plans I have ever seen. A lot of their plans look like site built homes, definitely not like one produced in a factory.
Hit 200k today. I'm really grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 14k in June 2023
I'm feeling really motivated.
Could you share some details about the biweekly topic you brought up?
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager, Amelia Naik
Wow 😱 I know her too
Miss Claudia Ann Brandon is a remarkable individual whom has brought immense positivity and inspiration into my life.
Can't imagine earning $85,000 biweekly, God bless Ms Claudia Ann Brandon, God bless America 🇺🇸 ❤️
I started my trade with $5000, and in the of one month I got credited with $22,000. It remains my biggest win for the year 2024
It's so nice that they let you show their home. It's a beautiful house. I like seeing real people living in the home vs. a staged house.
I agree, thanks!
I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING PASSED ALL THE ARTWORK. THE HOUSE IS NICE-I LIKE THE COLORS SHE CHOSE.
This video proves that progress comes from taking continuous, thoughtful steps forward. Success isn’t about taking shortcuts, but about refining your approach.
They did a fantastic job decorating the beautiful home, perfect!
Beautiful! I like the layout. Pricing for the actual home is not before at all. Reasonable. The property is what raised the total value. Very nice!
Hey chance just wanted to give you a shout out brother love what you've done with the channel it just keeps growing also I want to thank you for being a brother in Christ love what you do❤

Beautiful home and the owner did a bang up job with decorating!
I'm sure the price has more to do with the land and not the house.
yes
Yeah and once the house was built on it the appraisal went sky high. A lot of people are confusing appraisal with how much the purchase price of the house was/is. Love seeing just how amazing these homes can look with an owner that knows what they're doing :)
I totally agree!
Beautiful home and great setting !!!!!
Glad you like it!
It’s nice to see personal touches you can do to these homes!
If that's for the land too then that's a great deal. I'd love to own an avacado farm.
Beautiful home! I’m not surprised at what it appraised for so CA can get more property tax from the owner.
Hey I have a hard question for you. If you and Kaitlyn were getting ready to order a house after all that you’ve toured, what home would you choose? I’m a long time follower so I’ve seen all your tours some more than once.
omg you're in San diego!! so cool!! I've been wondering if they sale prefab/modular homes here in San diego
There’s some distributors nearby in the Inland Empire that can deliver to San Diego.
It’s beautiful
Outrageous land prices.
All prices are outrageous
Great tour, Chance!
Just beautiful house love layout awesome love Kitchen love video thanks for sharing God bless everyone long way from me I live Atlanta GA ❤❤❤❤❤😊😊
I'm from Atlanta and I miss it so much. I'm currently looking at homes in the metro area so that I can move back there. Happy New Year!
Beautiful house 🏠 it’s amazing 🤩
Finally, someone who likes LVP all the way through the house the way I do! Floor vents, too. I like that kitchen; I like that huge mirror in the main bath. Good tour, Chance. Blessings to you and your family.
This houses floor plan is mine. The only difference I don’t have the porch off the family room. My family room goes all the way across.
Love those different colored doors ,especially that green bathroom! Price not love so much!
Beautiful home, incredible location. ❤
I’d move there in a heartbeat
On the layout of the home it shows a pantry in the kitchen which you didn’t show us. You mentioned cabinets over there, but there is a what looks like a walk in pantry.
Gorgeous Chance❤
😂😂😂 u couldnt pay me that much to live there!!!!!!!!
FACTS!!!
It seems like more than 2,000 sq ft. I would have done SO many things differently. Nice house though. Good job. 👍🏽
California don't have nothing compared to our ms deer valley homes. ❤
Beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Blessings.
The home is beautiful and very large . I can't believe it's less than 1200 square ft'. It would have to be placed in a different state for me to even consider it!
Beautiful! Are the floors buckling a bit or is it just the lighting?
I was thinking the same thing. It could be the way the light is hitting the floors, especially if they have beveled edges.
This house is very nice and I really like it. Love the exterior look! I would change a few things. All of the bedrooms except for the master are kinda small, and I would like 2 sinks in the guest bathroom. Love the green color. Thanks Chance for another great tour.
The bedrooms are too small and there’s no pantry. Both are a no go for my liking.
I like it very nice it is big in side kitchen is pretty
Glad you're out west here!
Beautiful home
That place is beautiful 👍
It's really nice home overall, for me those guest bedrooms are a little too small. If I were looking for a home like this I would definitely want a layout that would make those larger, maybe moving them further back and getting rid of that extra living space would be the way to do it

Nice house
Amazing! Wow, just wow!!!!!!😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😡
Thanks for sharing. I have to admit I'm not really impressed. Bed rooms are too small. You have shown other models that are well better and a whole lot cheaper. Looking forward the next video.
Would love to have that home here in Colorado.
Now, I want my husband to put a barn door like that one across my familyroom. My kitchen is set up a bit differently. My table is over by my French doors. And where this kitchen table is, is my formal living room. My house is just over 2400 square feet.
Your husband is going to say, “Karen, stop watching Chance’s videos”. 😂
@ LOL
No pantry for this home?
So is thus a manufacturer or modular
Does this bulider sell in north or south carolina? Gorgeous home. I really like the layout.
Do you know if this home was affected by the fires? I pray for those people.
❤ But is it possible to have dry walls? ❤
GOD BLESS YOU
While this home is gorgeous I was so, so disappointed once you opened the door. I found no coat closet, no half bath, no bathtub, no pantry or butler’s closet and the microwave is just sitting on top of a table. All for the price of a mere one million dollars 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Looks like it might get flooded if it rains too much, especially in the front of the trailer?
Nice .
That price is profane
Vulgar, even!
How tall are the ceilings?
Location...location...location....Nicely decorated...
Thanks, I think so too!
Great tour Chance.😃 I've been to San Diego and this is a beautiful property. The homes are spaced very nicely unlike so many subdivisions in California. The customization by the owners is lovely. You have got to be kidding!
Wow with that price might as well just buy a regular house ..thats just to much for a modular home ..😮
What kind of foundation?
The flooring looks like it’s coming up or warping? Or is it just my eyes?
There's water running
Let's be clear, the pre fab home didn't appraise for that amount, it's the property that appraised for most of that.
For that dollar amount I figured it was Cali... whew...
I wouldn't give a million dollars for a mobile home
👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 EXACTLY!
The mobile homes that just caught fire in Malibu were one million plus more
This wouldn’t be classified as a mobile home 😅.
It was valued at over $1 million because of the farm land it’s built on. That’s a potential revenue generator if she wants.

Guess a 1962 mobile home with wings on the rear would sale for 400,000.00 there because of land cost.
Is this home safe from the fires?
Beautiful home! California is just too expensive. The land is too much that's why it carries the price tag.
Someone forgot the painter's tape. LOL In all seriousness though, a property like this in my area of PA would be worth $325,000 tops.
N ice😊

Too high and too much space but nice 😊
Uh oh....looks like whoever did the install didnt acclimate that LVP flooring! You can see the buckling. 😬
Whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved praise God praying for Everyone everyday God bless you all
Chance show that same house on the showcase lot, and sure it would not cost that $1.2mil. There you're paying for the land
It'd be cheaper to purchase land and build a regular house.
The home never appraised for that much.... the land the house sits own evidently is worth millions. Someone can easily tear down that $$$ house to make it more valuable. Remember it’s not the house, it’s the land,
They should sue whoever laid the floors in that house. They did a terrible job of laying floors.
I like what you do with the beautiful homes Chance but this is not a million dollar home your in California it's the property.
It is a beautiful home but there is no way I would pay over a million dollars for a manufactured home. That's California for you.
Thanks Chance for showing us what’s possible.
This is a beautiful, laid out place. She filled in every nook and cranny. I really love how this place is decorated.
I'm not impressed due to the price and lack of coat closet, linen closet, pantry and no tub in the master.
This is beautiful. But, it's too much house for me.
It's beautiful, but 2 big for just me.
Mobile and prefab and tiny house are meant to be cheaper and they keep getting more expensive sad!!!!!
Yo. Not feeling this one at all. I’ve seen smaller homes decorated way better than this one and a better floor plan. Not everything is for everyone. But thanks.
STOP IT !!!!
😂
