Sending a receipt, once you create the invoice is simple! Find the completed invoice line, and slide to the left, where you will see the PAID option. Select PAID, and it will give you the option to SEND RECEIPT. This saved me! Hope it helps someone!🌻

Someone hit my car while it was parked, the insurance of "Gei..." told me that they don't want the "invoice" but an "ITEMIZED RECEIPT" my mechanic doesn't know that much English and he is not sure how to do it with the computer. I don't want an invoice but how to make an itemized receipt? Anyone can help, thanks.
Thank you sooo much! Can’t thank you enough! I’ve subbed already! I’ve discovered how to change the word ‘invoice’ on the top right, to ‘receipt’ or whatever you might want! Just click the word invoice on the top middle button (that has a small arrow pointing downwards). It will bring an option to edit and type the word you want and voila! You’re rid of ‘invoice’! Question. Am I supposed to have my logo in a certain format? Because I have tried to upload my logo from images in my phone but it won’t show up on the document. Thank you so much! Glad I was able to help you! I Will have to try and change the invoice to receipt. Good to know that there is a way to do it. I believe the logo needs to be a .png file. At least that is what mine is and it worked without any issues. Sorry I’m not too much help with that. The app does have a pretty helpful chat where you can message the developer and see if they can assist you. It usually takes a day or 2 for them to respond but they’ve always been able to help me
I am not sure. I did not use this functionality. You should be able to reach out to the development team directly. They were always helpful when I needed it

When you send a client the invoice and they pay via the link sent will we be charged a merchant fee and where will the money they paid show up?
