Finally got to play Kingdomino at GenCon and really enjoyed it. But since that was a little too simple for me, I think I'll like Queendomino much more.
Was surprised to see this one, seems like Kingdomino hasn't been out that long. Still interested though because I do like Kingdomino as a wee warmup game. Thanks Dan.

Are you able to teach the basic kingdomino game with this version?
Vaala Khan well it has cities in it so you'd still need Kingdomino to play only the basic Kingdomino.
A lot of people are using two Kingdominos to play 4 player 7x7 grids. Could you do this with one Queendomino and one Kingdomino?

Yeah, I would rather do that then have two Kingdominos.
I don't think kingdomino was old enough to merit a sister-game already, nor do I think it's necessary.
I heard this was not only a sequel to Kingdomino, but that it was going to be an expansion. How does this integrate with Kingdomino?
Use both stacks of dominos every other round you alternate from Kingdomino, and Queendomino.
So. Kingdomino didn't do it for me. Would you think this would be a better option for those like me or is more likely if you didn't enjoy one you will not enjoy the other?
If you liked the engine but hoped it was deeper yes. If you didn't like the way you get tiles or the placement of them, then it won't make you like it.
Of course I just received the giant version of Kingdomino today, moments before seeing this. Please tell me that BO will be making Queendomino in giant size.
