In villages, we welcome birds and animals and offer them food and water I remember when cow or any animal was taking rest in front of my house, my mother strictly instructed us not to disturb them we are lucky they came to our house. But in cities we are doing just opposite but I living in chennai in multi-floor building (9th floor) and I welcome all birds in my balcony. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Illa bro.. It's beautiful.. But the droppings they leave on our vehicles which are parked below cause too much nuisance... I clean every day and sometimes get too sad and irritated.. I do have a water plate etc kept at terrace.. But balcony le vendam!

Unhygienic and warm when nesting, they become especially unbearable in flats, where your balcony is the only source of fresh air. While you can tolerate other birds, pigeons are the worst. They even fly inside through the balcony and then panic, completely forgetting how to get back out. You end up having to grab their scared, confused selves just to toss them out. With their tiny brains and rapid reproduction, they’re a never-ending nuisance. I could give you 10 more reasons, but I think this rant says enough!
