Finally jumped on the OpenGOAL train, and one of the things added is this cheats menu I've shown in the video. Not sure why that "All music tracks" cheat doesn't work.
The "All Music Tracks" cheat doesn't unlock pesky Music Player entries. It causes the game to play every instrument in a song in any given level. Normally, you see, there is only a few extra instruments playing at a time based on where you are in the level. So with the cheat on, it makes the music sound pretty neat.
(I know that the instrument thing might just seem like I'm getting overly specific for no reason, but I think people who are new to the series will come across videos about OpenGOAL, so I just want to make sure they understand what I mean if they read this comment.)

If for some reason you had a problem like me, and never saw the Secrets appearing in game, (regardless of having a 100% save) there’s a settings file you can edit to change your graphics, display, as well as secrets. I believe inside, the file would say (secrets x0, x0) or somethin like that just near the bottom of the text file. One of those two 0’s changes the secrets menu to appear or not while in a save. Changing the 0’s to 1’s fixed everything and gave me all the cheats, as I already had a 100% save file. Hope this helps to everyone having trouble with it :)

you're probably not playing on OpenGOAL.
I have it on ps2 but not on ps4 my friend said there is a cheat for it but he don't remember it he said to use the 2 controller to get it?

If I remember correctly, you unlock these after you beat the game 100% in OpenGOAL.

it had none

Just the debug mode if you count that.
How do you have a 101st powercell.
The game has 101 powercells you can collect. Just collect all of them from each level and you should have all 101.
it’s at the red sage hut when you exit spider cave there’s a metal box you need yellow eco to break and it has a power cell in it
