11:20 was always my favorite part back when i was younger doing this raid. The tension and build up to that beautiful crescendo is amazing. I believe it plays after Mother Shahraz when you start making your way to the Illidari Council. Very grand and powerful tempo to indicate you are at the Last Line of Illidans defenses. His Illidari blood elf army. The elite of his forces. Loved seeing all those mobs wearing Tier 6 and such. Made me want to finish the raid and get the same gear also 😭
The feeling that you get when you enter the black temple the first time, in this small broken hole, along with the drums and the ambiance music... is just outstanding... Even more when you know the whole story of Illidan the betrayer... I will never forget the BC time
Black Temple will remain for me as one the best raids, working all the way up to illidan, having good memories of this raid. It was at that time very very hard and i miss that. Sure only a few raid guilds ever achieved it there. But i liked it.
"So Russell, how's the music for Black Temple coming along?" "It's going pretty good." "Can we give it a listen?" "Well you could but.." "But what?" "YOU ARE NOT PREPARED!"
agree. Coilfang was awesome. all 3 dungs and raid. Love naga lore. maggy and grull were so complicated and people would fuck up so many times. Well not grull but these fuckers before him where mage had to tank and shit like that. TBC pve was indeed hardcore.. loved every bit of it
Nemeos here, RR Inc, Ravenholdt. If anyone of you guys is still listening to this with held tears so the others in the room won't laugh, don't! Just let the fucking feeling out, I just did man =P
Shadowmoon Valley WoD music is in there too. :D Blizzard always impresses me with the musical side of things and storyline! :) I went here weeks ago, love this raid. :D My favourite bit of the Raid was the "Den of Mortal Delights", because hot succubi. Shame I had to kill them...xD I'll just leave it at that. lol
Videogamer3692 "WoW used to be about demons, undead, dragons...really heavy and mature stuff. Now it seems like they tried to market to kids with the Pandarens" Yeah, use that word (mature) when you clearly have no idea what it means. The irony is that the statement is brimming with immaturity. Just because you dislike a theme does not mean you can claim it's for kids and kids alone. I fail to see the difference between old gods, demons, dragons and the sha when it comes to levels of "maturity". People, don't be this kind of WoW player, nobody likes them.
Nah, dragons demons undeads and other stuff - orthodox style of warcraft, of it's fantasy. When pandarens with their chinese style not fit at all for wow in my opinion.
no its not. It cant be as good as it used to be simply cus anything they make, we've seen already. Also, we loved wow cus it seperated players from casual to hardcore and elitist. But being elitist in terms of being too good to play with undergeared people was fine for me. Cus after all effort you put into your character, why would you play with someone who didnt do same with his? yes, that was great. Gear was hard to get but man you could have it so damn long. And lets not even start talking about legendaries. Then again, we were younger back then. I was at least. 2004 i was 15 years old. I could play wow for hours, i could skip school... There was no reason to not be able to show up every raid night, every day, every night.. I was online all the time. Game changed, we changed.. Wow cant be good as it used to be. Cus of blizzard, activision and ourselves aswell
just keep the memories at heart when this place was the high end raid... it's soloable now at 85, but it's deffo not as fun to do as it was when doing this on level 70, although i'd rather be caught running a black temple run than crap like dragon soul... icc was pretty nice but dragon soul was just poor. but BWL, AQ, BT, SW and Ulduar will forever be my favorites (i quit WoW a while ago, so i won't be experiencing MoP anymore)
Hoping I can get a answer from you Wowmusicable if not someone else... there is a piece of music that plays in BT that I cant find ANYWHERE. It only plays in the halls of anguish, where the big red orc boss is at.
***** Black Temple has one of the most convincing environements in game. The feeling inside gives You chills every time You enter new quarter. Just like Ulduar, it shocks us with greatness of details and climate inside.
+Li nuX I agree with you up to one pint, the climate inside. ICC can never be beaten in regards to the climate inside. Everything cold and harsh and death. Nothing gave me chills like ICC.
In the current timeline, he is trapped in the nether. But by going back in time we have gone to a place where he is due to invade... and once the dark portal is back up he will have access to Azeroth. It may be a bit far fetched, but stil lol
Ah great TBC where the fights had super easy mechanics. The difficulty came from how insanely unforgiving they were. If you messed up with a mechanic it had huge consequences so a lot of individual responsibility though I have to say that plenty of the fights in BT were heavily depending on the healers and their performance.
Not all fights had easy mechanics. I know a lot of people trying to justify the direction of the game has gone are saying this, but it's just not true. Sun well was the most difficult raid ever released and its mechanics would name current heroic raiders cry.
Reliquary of Souls and Teron Gorefiend were some pretty complex fights in there. You really had to be on the ball if you wanted to get past those guys. The first three bosses in the instance were simple, but after that it really ramped up the ante.
WoW used to be great. Hard gameplay, epic story, beautiful zones. It was a mature game. Blizzard fucked up since cataclysm. And now with Pandaria I have stop playing new expantions. I hope that Warlords of Draenor would be cool but i won't buy it. I will wait to see the gameplay, the story. I hope that it would be like WOTLK or TBC. But great video thanks wowmusicable.
You can easily nuke it down the 1st boss before the spines, Council is easy for me personally (DK) and RoS is doable provided you have 2 interupts (me and a monk can do it but you have to kill him before the 3rd fear he casts)
***** Fully agree. I used to play on Molten for a while, but I grew increasingly disappointed with their policies and eventually left. Good riddance :)
because after Burning Crusade, key members of Blizz left. Greg Street aka Ghostcrawler wasn't involved in Burning Crusade, he came after...and so on, and so on...Money hungry jerkoffs have infiltrated Blizzard unfortunately

10 years too late but this shit was funny😂
How everyone forgot Illidan had an harem of belfs and succubus yet he loves Tyrande
In the lore those were not for Illidan but for the Belfs and Orcs and Demons that served him.
8:39 is my favourite part of the black temple music
Mine too
7:58
thanks!
I like how you knew EXACTLY what I came for.
16:55 Onto Illidan... chills every time
Indeed. Back in BC your reward for clearing SSC and Tempest keep was raiding black temple to that awesome music.
awesome music from the black temple trailer range at these points:
1st part-8:05-10:25
3rd part-11:50-12:50
2nd part-15:10-16:55
Hope that helps
Thank you💗💗💗💗
2:34 - Legion is invading the Crossroads
I did'n' know it dated from BC but it makes sense ^^
So hyped for the Temple of Karabor music in WoD I'm giving this a listen again.
Ooooofff
@@Kay-yd5qf At least it was beautiful on the outside...but it had no inside
@@Ryan_hey Boldy said.
The burning crusade always will have the best PvE contents.
Ulduar >>> your favorite raid
I hated ulduar. Loved naxx the most of all wrath raids.
true!
agree. Coilfang was awesome. all 3 dungs and raid. Love naga lore. maggy and grull were so complicated and people would fuck up so many times. Well not grull but these fuckers before him where mage had to tank and shit like that. TBC pve was indeed hardcore.. loved every bit of it
11:20 Battle with Illidan!!!
+Vriult Jovers Seriously best part of the entire thing
thats illidari council, not illidan.
5:16
omg, that part is so awesome!
8:00 now I remember this music :P
Whenever I heard this I remember those nights I spent in wow. No fucking regret.
+Zhirou Zhang Yes, this. This is the best fucking music in all of WoW. Fitting that they put it in their best raid.
2:36 remember flying to legion invasions? good ol times
Around 19:00 sounds a bit like Night on Bald Mountain! Weird, but oddly fitting.
Yeah, it sounds exactly like that.
Was that intentional, do you think? The demon from the Fantasia segment and Illidan do share similarities.
I don't know. It's possible.
+John Canary I always thought that too, was one of my favorite parts about that fight.
Which fight was it?
10:29 holy shiet so damn épic
Timewalking black temple was the greatest, god did I love tanking them
Nemeos here, RR Inc, Ravenholdt. If anyone of you guys is still listening to this with held tears so the others in the room won't laugh, don't! Just let the fucking feeling out, I just did man =P
“Akama, your duplicity hardly surprises me.”

Best one starts at 4:05. Ugh.. goosebumps with the memories and beauty at 4:25.
Sargeras is still around... There are rumors he'll be in the next expansion. There are also the rest of the Old Gods.
Amazing music for an amazing raid.
Agreed. Sends shivers down my spine.
WOW FOREVER
so much memories...

Pandas have been apart of WoW since the beginning :) Look up Chen Stormstout. Very interesting stuff indeed
Hamilton Hernandez they make a lore from nothing there was no pandaria in warcraft
Nah, dragons demons undeads and other stuff - orthodox style of warcraft, of it's fantasy. When pandarens with their chinese style not fit at all for wow in my opinion.
63Limar yes
63Limar
so true :(
17:58 god I love that shit
WoW is just as good as it was ten years ago if not better. Come at me!

"Raid stares too"

Good question. but right now I can't answer that, the complete music from Black Temple is over 1 hour long, so there are a lot of files.
Favorite music from the game
memories ...
Black Temple is still my favorite raid

Love this
Illidan isn't dead either. He just slowed down. And he was at the final stage of Demon hunter metamorphosis, so he technically couldn't die anyway.
Right you were, as it has turned out.
hhhm never noticed the "night on the bald mountain" ending before
I love TBC
5:16 daaaaamn :D
Supremus!
I love this!
6:06 yw
Vicente P This is exactly what I came for. Thanks!
It's the music of my dissapointment and sadness, because i killed Illidan and he didn't drop his goddamn warglaives
I REALLY HOPE I HEAR THIS IN SWITZERLAND
I wonder if that place was for Illidan's personal use or just his armies.
11:18 up speed 2x
I think WoW is clawing its way back with WoD.
Sargeras now has a way to Azeroth and shit will go down!
In the current timeline, he is trapped in the nether. But by going back in time we have gone to a place where he is due to invade... and once the dark portal is back up he will have access to Azeroth.
It may be a bit far fetched, but stil lol
ah fair enough! very good point =)
Ben Everingham Turns you out, you may have been more right than you could have ever imagined...
Ben Everingham Yup. Sargy is back, and his "Demonclub" team too. ;>
And Demon hunters too!, I am quite excited!
I wonder if this will be Illidan's redemption into being good!!
7:55 eargasm
The only "hard" boss to solo is RoS because of the fear, but if you got a shit loads of nuke and self heals
11:00 Supremus!
Where is the entrance to this raid, in world I mean?
Outlands, down right, you'll see a giant black structure, go through the valley and to the right, through the breach in the wall.

And how!

Im sure they were for more then just Illidan,if ive read enough of the novels,it barely intrested him.:P

You're welcome. =)
Story in Pandaria was pretty good
Mace Windu pvp is shiet though
klein miranda ya i agree with that.. too much cc in the game at the moment..
TBC was utter trash. You had to be a basement dweller to compete.
The Monther Shahraz is difficult boss. Too Heavy shadow spell effect damage lol
You can easily nuke it down the 1st boss before the spines, Council is easy for me personally (DK) and RoS is doable provided you have 2 interupts (me and a monk can do it but you have to kill him before the 3rd fear he casts)
Epic music ! Thank you !
Now one knows a nice servers for TBC & WoTLK ?
No bugs, no 100 years waiting for BGs and Dungeons ?

Tried out Hellground recently - looks good so far and I like it.

TBC > Vanilla > WoTLK > WoD > Cata > MoP
RevarBB WoD was a complete sack of shit, how can you say it was better than Cata and MoP. MoP had lots of content.
Jesus Christ Superstar Idk for me there is only one epic trio
TBC - Vanilla - WoTLK
The rest.. doesn't matter.
RevarBB In terms of gameplay MoP > anything else.
+Cirozel Was the game finally easy enough for you to get purple gear?
17:59 epic
TBC > Vanilla > Wotlk > MoP ? Cata
That's insanely incorrect
I would put cata ahead of mop due to mop having horrible talents and cardboard cut classes.
