I guarantee if I go on Zillow/Redfin and see the history it was probably at most $4,500,000 a couple years ago which is where it belongs. These prices in Miami Beach are obscene. Definitely would choose Boca/Highland Beach over this any day.
Sold for 8.7m last year and whoever bought it got absolutely hosed lol, based on comps it's realistically a 5-7m property. But at the end of the day it's worth whatever someone's willing to pay. They've already dropped the price 2m in a couple of weeks of being on the market.
@@cdula26 thats why I cashed out of my house in Miami Beach and went from a 5,300 sqft house to a 8,600 sqft house for half the price here in Delray. Considered Fort Lauderdale but there are way too many homeless drug addicts on Federal Highway literally right off Las Olas/too many idiots.

Of all the properties you show, I have never seen one with a Japanese style hibachi griddle under a large thatch style Tiki hut with bar stools like at the restaurants! What's up with that? Wouldn't that be nice to have 8 or 10 of your friends or family over for fried rice and lobster and shrimp along with some wagyu steaks? A chef from one of the Benihana or Shogun restaurants could be hired for an evening, or you could even cook breakfast on the hibachi on Sunday mornings for a group! Ahhhhhhhh! Could be my new side hustle, setting those up with a builder. I love your videos by the way!
