I don't know what's more astounding, the fact that these people do this to their bodies, or the fact that they actually think it makes them look good.
It's a mental abnormality... same thing as men seeing themselves as women and vice versa. Or anorexic patients who see only skin and bone on their body and thought that "I'm beautiful"

I think she died I can't remember the end. It was on when anorexia was just starting to be noticed.
