Hi Anne. I look forward to a knit and chat episode and hear about your knitting journey. I always enjoy your episodes. Thanks for sharing your projects. Take care! Greetings from Ilse from The Netherlands.
How many wonderful projects Anne! Love love love your sweets shop blanket and the Alpine Bloom! You are so kind to share your knits with your friends 🤩Hope you have the best time in your upcoming trip. I have a knitting related trip booked in July and cannot wait already xx
I really liked your celeste sweater, as well as the one you have started with the flowers! It reminded me of Assisi embroidery somehow, where one embroiders the background leaving the pattern show the cloth underneath. I also liked very much the stripped blue and white sweater, it reminds me of the sea! Your knitting is perfect!
Your Celeste is lovely! And nice save on the body 👏 your cowl is beautiful too 💜🩶💜. Totally agree - matching knitting to project bags and yarn color names to pattern names are always good ideas 🤎🧡🤎 would love to hear about your knitting journey ❤
Hi Anne, I enjoyed your latest episode. (I can’t think of one I didn’t enjoy.) And your sweater looks terrific! Please share your knitting journey with us. Eileen
So many lovely things 🤩 the yoke on your jumper (the hand dyed one) is wonderful 😍 I wish I could come on your Bergen trip... That sounds perfect.. spinning mills and knitting friends *sigh* the life 👏
Thank you🥰 I wish you could come too! If you ever want to come for a knittingfestival or yarnshop tour in Norway you know who to "call"🤭 Hope you are having a great weekend🧶🧶
Hi Anne, I just found your podcast, and enjoyed it so much! My favourite knitting is colorwork. You asked for a suggestion about your Autumn Alpine: I myself would not knit stripes, but would take of the collar, and knit a new collar with the dark yarn. Then use the frogged white yarn (+ the ball you have) to finish the body and sleeves. If you run out of the white yarn, you can knit the hems and cuffs, using the dark brown yarn. The yoke is so beautiful, with that hand-dyed yarn! The weather forcast for tomorrow here in The Netherlands is a lot of rain, and since I have a day off of work I might go back to your first podcast and watch all your podcasts!! Anja
Welcome! So wonderful to hear you enjoyed the podcast! Thank you for the suggestion for the autumn alpine! I hope you have a great day off. Happy knitting!!
Yes, that would be really great to hear about your knitting journey. So looking forward to hearing about that. We all have a story, but they can all be so different.
Wow, such beautiful projects! I reallo loved your "The shift" cowl and I think it suits you really well, I hope you get used to it more. But I agree on cowls feel better when they are worn closet to the neck, especially when living in the north. Greetings from a knitter and knitting podcaster from Sweden!
I always look forward to your episodes. I was so happy to see a new one today! I'd love to hear about your journey into knitting and why it means so much to you!
If you feel you could share jour knitting journey it would be nice to hear about. That's what makes us who we are. You are very warmhearted person 😊 Considering giving your knits to friends is such a good thing. Sending you some love from London ❤
Oh yes, I'd love to know about your knitting journey. I'd also like to know if other people in your family are knitters and wonder about previous generations and if they were knitters. Were there people in your family who were machine knitters and combined it with hand knitting. Anything you can tell us would be interesting. Thank you!
I looove your Celeste! You have such an excellent eye for colors.
Thank you!!
