  • Highlights of the 2008 meeting between the Razorbacks and Tigers. LSU would build a commanding 30-14 third quarter lead, but the Hogs would rally and with 22 seconds left Casey Dick would hit London Crawford for a touchdown that would give Arkansas a 31-30 victory. It was the Razorbacks second straight win over LSU.

LSU and the HOGS had a true rivalry working with all the close games on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Then the sec put the shaft to this game way pushing it to Saturday. It did not matter who had the best team because nothing could be taken for granted in this past rivalry. Now it is just another sec game. Thanks sec, you did not even grease us down before we got the shaft.

At least we still get to play for the boot 🤷‍♂️
But yea them giving A&M the LSU rivalry angered a lot of people. They should have just paired up A&M and Mizzou since they already had history coming from the same conference. But nope A&M had to cry about it and get their way and the only way they wanted to do it is if they got the LSU rivalry 😒

I was about 10 rows up in the corner right above where Crawford caught that ball. The stadium was SHAKING. One of the craziest, loudest moments of any game I’ve been to and I’ve been to many Razorback games. Especially in Little Rock

Nathan Dick , the second half QB in my life to transfer to UCA and brek all kinds off Div.2 records, the first was Zach Clark.

@@shanksmcnasty6650 I was in the student section. It was my last game as a graduate student after 6 years at UofA. I was about 3/4 the way up in the student section at the start of the game and there was no one around me for 5 rows up or down. I wound up scooting up several rows just to be around other people still yelling. May have been different in other parts of the stadium, but the upper half of the student section was a ghost town.

I don't guess I've ever watched exactly how this played out. My dad died 2 weeks before this game and I just didn't give a shit at the time. When it was 30-14, I turned it off and watched youtube or something. Mother in law from Shreveport texted later saying congratulations and I didn't have a clue. I watched Matt Jones burn them live, but sadly I missed this one.
