Love that you mentioned Robbie. Watching Robbie is what led to boosted John coming up in my suggested videos and you guys are my two favorite TH-camrs. As someone else stated you can route the wiper motor wire under the wiper cowl threw the fender. Additionally, if you go to pick n pull and find a non a/c civic you can pull the duct out of it that gets rid of the ac condenser. You can find the ducts online but people want close to $200 for them and you can pull one from pick n pull with the rubber grommet that seals the hole in the firewall for $20-$30 bucks. Best way to remove a/c condenser and save weight.
Chicken! Started a fuse box tuck back in October. Next thing I knew my entire dash was out followed by the blower, evap & heater core. Quick fuse box tuck turned into a complete rework of my engine bay wiring, headlight wiring and interior wiring. YAY! Only suggestion I'd have for you is to install a rubber grommet in the hole that you enlarged to have all those wires run through on the pass side. You may have already done that, but didn't see in the vid. Love your content man you are incredible!
I too did my 1st Semi-Wire Tuck of my Engine Bay made a HUGE visual difference.....Basically my Engine Bay is what people gravitate to vs. my entire car!...LOL...
YAY! Back on the EG hatch! My FAVORITE of the channel. Nice work John. Did this mod a couple years ago. It's a little work. The white EG says I need a new passenger fender PLEASE! Lol Happy Holidays
Man this is gonna sound so weird lmfao. Im sitting in my chair and I seen your hands bro im telling you I literally smelled the smell of engine bay hands 😂💀
You're going to want to put a rubber lining around the hole in the firewall. The wires will rub against the edge of the bare metal and frey cause a short.
You are amazing. It looks so great afterwards. This was a job. Your sandwich looked good too. Chicken. Thanks for sharing! Peace and love..Suz What ☮️💛
the d16z9 of my ej1 is going to get a revision, any suggestions on things i might upgrade seeing the engine is coming completely apart? If you get better camshafts does it mean you need a new ECU? any tips appreciated!
Hey man. How do you remove the dash and heater core to be able to pull the wires through. I'm not very good at this type of stuff and some tutorials aren't very helpful to me on this app

The fact you got this done with no gremlins is pretty amazing. Great job! That “thing” is an evaporator, btw.
its all fun till you find yourself upside down backwards in fully reclined passenger seat fumbling around, weve all been there
Fax
There's no roommmm
Mechanics yoga bro
The worst ay.... back is bent with legs holding you up outside the car. Sometimes balancing yourself with your head
@@pigeonsil240sx 4 whole bolts to remove the seat. Maybe 5 if your seatbelt attaches.

Merry Christmas John, Kearney, and all the Boosted family! 🎄🎁
Thank you mommah! LY ❤️
Nice work, you can remove them condenser out the hvac box to save weight and tuck wiper motor harness through the cowl to behind the fender
how do you remove the battery tray?
Booosted John back with the bangers!
Probably on the bottom of your list but hard lining the vacuum and coolant lines would be the finishing touch

They’re both for sale! Hmu on IG. @boosted_john
It’s 🔥🔥 look much cleaner tbh and on thing that it’s kind bothering me it’s the inter cooler is sitting side way I’ll try a line it up imo
It can’t be centered in the grille of the front bumper because of the type of intercooler that it is.
But I is a bit crooked and I could fix that.
You are amazing. It looks so great afterwards. This was a job. Your sandwich looked good too. Chicken. Thanks for sharing! Peace and love..Suz What ☮️💛
Thanks Suz! The sandwich was amazing. Jersey Mikes Club Sub on rosemary parm bread topped Mikes Way.
Winner winner CHICKEN dinner!! 🤙🏻

What clutch master cylinder you running ?
Love it.....but that windshield wiper motor wire.....needs a good tuck video
They now make kits to make this way much easier and it’s quick disconnect

I only had to remove the glove box, blower motor box and the AC condenser box.
Get Caleb to cnc you an exhaust shield and maybe some tips
Hypothetically, would you consider swapping/building a motor for me? You can make a video out of it and I’ll pay
I did this in my integra but i put the fuse box were the passenger air bag goes
Thanks for your video man this helps alot, chicken
Bro !! Did you still have the big ass pedal brake 😅
Yes
Eg sounds hectic 😳
A boosted Christmas, nice!!!
Edit: Chicken
why not get a rywire harness?
$$$, doesn't cost much to reroute the factory harness and extend some bits
Tucked radiator next??
