I have a silver '22 WRX that is very similar to yours in a lot of ways- I even have the same IC screen. I have not tuned it yet due to the costs to do it right but I have gone through the driveline and replaced a lot of the soft and squishy rubber bushings with urethane or at least harder rubber (pitch-stop, N trans mount, rear diff carrier, ....). Drives much nicer now. I went with the ETS axle-back exhaust with mufflers. Sounds just right to me. If you do more videos on your car I'll watch 👍
paint-matched fenders would look real nice. The cladding doesn't make it as ugly as people initially thought, but it does give the illusion that the wheel arches are huge like a raised Jeep. Yes, this is a 'rally' inspired sedan, so I see what Subaru went for, but I don't think it translated as well as they thought it would.
good beginnings. Cobb Ti catback, bilstein B8s, front lip, side skirts and rear spats and it's done...oh, new more solid trans mount and group-n pitch stop to help with the shifting....then it's done.
Great vid thanks. Love mild OEM+ builds. Did similar on mine except I just did AP and custom tune. Drives better and opens up more when pushed. A small interior mod I really like is Subaru’s suede extendable center console arm rest. They say it’s for AT cars but it 100% fits MT cars
Nice setup, would highly recommend Rally Armor mud flaps for the WRX. I have them on my Mazda 3 Hatch and they are 100% worth it and widen the stance of the car.
Looks good. I can't get behind the lowering springs myself. I'm in the northeast and just can't see lowering a car that already rides kinda rough. Should your wife get tired of the exhaust like I did, the invidia q300 is a pretty good compromise and still sounds good without waking the block or droning.
Nice choice on the wheels

@@jedwin4816 Thanks for the input! I probably won’t tune until the warranty is up! Working on some more WRX content so stay tuned!

I agree also a front Lip is a must
@@karmahunden I’ve been considering the paint matched fenders, might do it in the spring!

High quality video, very calming. Love OEM+ "builds". All the slammed hyper builds are not very attainable nor desirable for the average joe.
@@yungbeong7664 Appreciate the kind words! 😊

@@Gergm7991 Appreciate it 🙏🏼 And I’m waiting for the warranty to be up before I tune!
Looks nice. Very clean setup!
Driving is the main feedback nothing else
In the Cleveland area as well!

@@K1N6T04D That’s one of the things I’ve considered doing! I think they look great, but they are hard to keep clean!
Light modding at best! Chill with the “Build”.. What did you build?!
You don’t need a tune for that exhaust correct? Won’t void warranty?
@@WillCamacho-gb2kg No need for a tune! Anything cat-back won’t void the warranty!
Looks sweet, considered a spoiler at all? I am digging the clean look as well though.
@@JayJafar Definitely want to put an STi spoiler, my wife isn’t the biggest fan though 😬 Might have to just surprise her one day 😂
Are those 1inch lowering springs?
@@Yerrrrrrrr_Mom 1.1in the front 1.0 in the rear!
not a fan of the sound but love the wheels and oem look

@zlomoto ah very good. I'd say she's a keeper then.
