Just listened the debate now after election and I can see very well why BBM didn’t attend for his own reason. But his present was a waste of his time if he attended my opinion. The procedure was really unfair. Those who answered last had a chance to copy and elaborate someone’s answer. If the COMELEC is not authorized to spend a single centavo for the presidential, vice presidential debates that it is staging, it means that it is not also authorized to stage the said debates. Under the government rules and regulations on government expenditures, every Program Project and Activities(PPA(of the agency have a corresponding budget. If conducting debates is under the PPA, hence it must be budgeted. On the other hand if another agency is conducting the debates in behalf of the COMELEC which said that it did not spend a single centavo because it hs not authorized to do so, under what authority is the agency conducting the debates. And how should it be possible that this agency would conduct the debates for free for the Comelec?
They should also focus on educating poor people/poor families about family planning and birth control. This will also help reduce the over population in the Philippines. If the COMELEC is not authorized to spend a single centavo for the presidential, vice presidential debates that it is staging, it means that it is not also authorized to stage the said debates. Under the government rules and regulations on government expenditures, every Program Project and Activities(PPA(of the agency have a corresponding budget. If conducting debates is under the PPA, hence it must be budgeted. On the other hand if another agency is conducting the debates in behalf of the COMELEC which said that it did not spend a single centavo because it hs not authorized to do so, under what authority is the agency conducting the debates. And how should it be possible that this agency would conduct the debates for free for the Comelec?

Good. But One culture I see so fascinating is why some Philippines peoples loves to smell shit, They do even argue and debate which person’s poop smell the most. Infact if one’s poop did not smell bad, some neighbor do feel disappointed. But when they passive good food they still echo same Baho and one can sense the symptoms of jealousy and anger from the Baho when they passive the fragrance of food. Some people even starts to echo the Baho in joyfully mode once they listen and hear the toilet’s door being opened. Cos normally toilet door sounds differently from all other doors in the house. This act is 24 hours and non stop in the Philippines. Have never read nor seen useless act like this in the history of mankind. Even since Adam and Eve. Even their dogs already knows and understand when they say Baho. This act is a culture in the Philippines. They do even discuss poop in pubic. It’s a shame and I guess that’s why majority of them are so poor. They waste time on trying to smell poop, pee, fart, food and gossip.. it’s hard to see two people discuss business ideas. The most useless can be found at almost every neighborhood in the Philippines. I thought Philippines people travel a lot, but the impact is not showing on the once that had not been outside the country and those once are the majority. The government has a lot to do in educating its people. Also Educate them on relationships and family matters so that there families can stay together for the children to have quality home training. Many living partners or couple don’t even know the exact place they are from. Teach them good so that give me coins at almost everywhere in the Philippines will reduce. Also many mentally derailed people are there in the Philippines. One will know at night in the Philippines. The government has a lot to do about teaching the people good culture.

I do wish too that families should stay together, and i'm so against a parent or both parents leaving their kids behind to work abroad. I did say that once that if i become a law maker, i would make a law to criminalize abandoning kids for years.
I swear it’s more than a hobby for some few people I have encountered. I just don’t get it why human being will wake up every morning and what he or she will worry and bothered about is where a morning glory unpleasant odor is generating from. One thing I discovered is that some people don’t have the basic knowledge of nature. Some and many Philippine people don’t know the significant of Monday morning. They can be busy doing contact tracing of toilet oddour even on Monday morning and they are not ashamed about it. It’s seems like it’s their culture. I have never seen people that waste time on irrelevant and small things like in the Philippines. They discusses same issues everyday and issue that add nothing to their livelihood. There are good things about Philippine people cos some are friendly and with good heart. But it’s so weird to discover these things among Philippine people who i used to respect everywhere I meet them in different countries, not until I lived among them and discovered a lot about some of their people.
