    The fact that LeBron in year 20 is being compared to players in their prime and even putting up better numbers than younger stars helps his case. Not to mention he’s less than 500 points away from Kareem. As far as individual players elevating a team to win, I don’t wanna hear it lol. MJ dropped 49 and then 63 against the 86 Celtics and still got swept. LeBron went 51-8-8 against the Warriors and still got swept. Basketball is a team sport so a player might tip the balance a little bit for a solid team but one player can’t win by himself. It’s never been done in the 76 years of the NBA

      He plays in a generation of inflated numbers where a mid level player can score 70. Especially his scoring numbers in the regular season are not impressive in year 20. Especially if you actually watch how gets his points. But yea for casuals it's impressive because all they do is watch highlights and stat sheets.

    Don't people always say how playoff basketball is different from reg season. It really becomes chess, seeing you play the same team no less than 4 straight times . So not only coaches and players have to adjust but so do the Refs. Refs (I think/ or would like to believe; is they try to have no impact on the games). So to me as a player I would expect the physical play to go up and the refs to be less likely to make those calls. You can only hope that it goes both ways.

      @@yuhhtempo The first time Jordan retired he retired because he thought basketball was too easy. His father would always challenge him to see if he could dominate baseball like he did basketball, so Jordan decided to try to do in baseball what he did in basketball since basketball was no longer a challenge to him. He didn't just retire to retire. But if Jordan didn't go play baseball I think he could have won 2 more rings, 2 more fmvps, and 2 more scoring titles for sure. An its very possible that he'd have one or 2 more season mvps too..

    Lebron leadership sucks. Like my man said, he should at least get the Lakers into an 8 seed. It shows the team is disconnected mentally as they have no real cohesion, otherwise they would work TOGETHER to win. They don't practice, I guess they have no off the court closeness, which can help in problem solving. Leaders galvanize their teammates. Lebron isolates himself from his teammates as he usually does. But somehow he makes other guys better. NO his assists make it LOOK like he makes them better but a pass by definition does not make anyone better!! The fact that people make excuses for this dude while saying he's playing at an all time at 38 is asinine!!Clearly his system is not efficient MOST of the time for everyone else as he is under .500 in the finals! He has not learned that maybe if I save some of my energy for defense, I don't have to score as much!!! HE still unsure of when he should impact the game or conserve himself, something that u learn with maturity, but that is something he has lacked since his early years in Cleveland!!!

    • @spiderninja57
      @spiderninja57 ปีที่แล้ว

      The reason why the team is where they are is two things, AD doesn’t play, and THEY CANT SHOOT. You act like if you put jokic on this team they start shooting 40% from 3. Yes every team lebron goes to has to go through his system cause it wins championships!!!! And this rumor of him not playing defense during his Clevelend years is dumb because when your facilitating and scoring of course your gonna play defense in spurts to preserve your energy in the regular season. If you watch him play in the post season HES PLAYING DEFENSE. AD had his best season with lebron, Thomas bryant is playing great with bron, just look how all these players are able to get looks off of his presence STOP CHATTING FOOLISHNESS.

      And you wanna say he is under . 500 in the finals what’s the context on that huh? Who did he play?? What team was he on?? Only finals loss where he wasn’t at extreme odds was 2011. Nobody in nba history is winning in 2007,2014,2015,2017,or 2018 in brons position

      @Kwe u didn't give me much objective to respond to that directly correlates to what I said. Sigh. I'm not impressed with a 4-6 record with all of the team hopping, trading at will. My preference. Dude is a cancer. To me, it's not worth it.He doesn't have to do the things he does, but since he never adjusted his game it's used as an excuse to show his inability to be flexible. I'm fixed on my position. Defense?? Yea I'm a let ya'll have it, because there's no way in he'll you call that defense. He gets one chase down block in a series and people go oooh ahh, God bless the dumb deaf and blind. Everything I said was accurate

      @@whateveryousaybro you just ignored all the context I provided, and doubled down on his finals record. YES defense did you know that Michael Jordan’s overall playoff defensive rating is at 103 and lebrons is at 102 with the last 3 years being some of his best years defensively statistically in the post season. Just cause you see him get lazy in the regular season on house if highlights don’t mean you know shit. If we had the same film of Jordan he’d be getting the same criticism in his later years.
