I had purchased a chimny from kutchina. now its one month.from first day its not working.the service is the worst part.i am contacting the changanasery service centre for nearly one month and after that today they came and repaired it.They had to break my ceiling for that.Its an installation mistak and now i have to do ceiling work again. Material manufacturing defect ആണ്. ഇനി പൈസ കൊടുത്തു മാറ്റണം എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. വാങ്ങിയിട്ട് 1 വർഷനിനുള്ളിൽ compaint. ഇനി മാറ്റിയാലും complaint ഉണ്ടാവില്ല എന്ന് പറയാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് company പറയുന്നു. വെറും 1 വർഷത്തേക്ക് വേണ്ടി മാത്രമാണോ ഇവർ product ഇറക്കുന്നത്. Totally fed up.
