Fallout 4 - Jamaica Plain Minutemen Base (Fallout 4 Sim Settlements 2 City Plan)

This is a settlement build tour at Jamaica Plain, using my city plan downloadable on NEXUS, (www.nexusmods....) - Sim settlements 2 required .
Minutemen settle down in Jamaica plain, the best place to keep an eye on the south.
Especially Gunners plaza and Quincy.

When you use a heavy city plan you have to increase the settlement's budget:
workshop-->manage-->configure build limits!
