They performed this medley hours into their concert. Its mind boggling how they even sound this good live at all? Let alone after hours of dancing and singing. There really is no other vocal group like Mamamoo. Other groups are lucky if they even have one member with a vocal like theirs. Let alone 4 (even tho she didn’t sing in this performance I still consider Moonbyul to be a main vocal. Fight me on it. 😂)
If people had doubts about Moonbyul main vocalist before they can't deny it after My Con World Tour.. girl's singing her little butt off and it's truly wowing.

Moonbyul is a POET...considering the Immortal Songs are really just re-interpreted covers and she wrote and performed her own raps for the songs I think is just phenomenal artistry.
I believe it is in performances like these that everyone sees just how special and "in their own category" Mamamoo actually is. I don't think I can associate them or compare them to the traditional K-Pop crowd....like I've just given up comparing...I love them too much.

I'll also go on to say that they are singers in korean music, without this automatic association of KPop Idols and groups. They are part of it, but have been musically from the beginning with their retro music and till now always acts far beyond. They were created as their own genre, as themselves. This is truly the best, RBW has created for them.
MAMAMOO is the best vocal kpop girlgroup on the third generation of kpop and maybe is the best vocal girlgroup on the history

To think they had that much breath control and this was halfway through their 3hr concert, I was blown away before knowing that and even more amazed after. This medley is just phenomenal.

Mamamoo concert can last 3-4 hrs and you expect it is always jam packed. If you watched their full concert you will not noticed the time and you will ask for more. (based on my exp 😅). This is medley which has 6 songs if not mistaken. Please watch their 14 performances at immortal songs 2, cause this are the snippets of the songs.

This is always iconic. Their F/W and S/S concerts are epic. This is a melody of songs from when they were on the “immortal songs” show and Byul wrote raps because none of these songs had existing raps. They each had their own solo segments. Their Mic On concert looked epic from videos I have seen. Their WAW concert that I have on DVD was epic.
Memory, Snow, Miracle two days before Christmas (or something like that) are winter songs. The last two are Byul solos.
When it comes to Byul solos, Eclipae is still my favorite track. The entire of Dark Side of the moon Album is a masterpiece. Absence, G999 and the rest of 6equence, CITT.. I own Dark side and 6equence. I plan on getting CITT(trap ver)
If They ever released a Christmas Album we would buy it.. Solar has one one or two x-mas Melodie’s in her channel.. There is a reason Solar can kill Whitney and Celine songs.. she killed My Heart Will Go On and a handful of Whitney.
And you should watch Byul’s Second World stuff.

Mamamoo official Christmas song is called Memory which is lovely and Moonbyul is a big fan of the holliday and it happens to be close to her birthday so she has a lot of solo Xtmas songs.
I'm so looking foward to you to react to more MMM solo songs so you can react to their stages on the current world tour without getting spoiled. I'm just gonna put it out there.. there's a lot o twerking Moonbyul and bold singer Moonbyul (which I don't know yet how to handle). They've done something amazing in the Concerts. For their solo stages Byul-yi and Hwasa are covering each other solos while Solar and Wheein are doing the same with theirs plus they're performing more four solo songs as a group and it is one of the most iconic Mamamoo shit ever done it. You gotta watch it.
Recommendation for solo MVs so you can fully appreciate their concert stages: Hwasa - Twit and Maria / Solar - Spit it out and Honey / Wheein - Water Color and Make Me Happy/ Moonbyul - Eclipse and Lunatic.
With the volume of content that Mamamoo generates, you'll never be hungry. They continuously produce high-quality content.
RBW is a small company. And Mamamoo was their first girl group. So, in their early days they were doing multiple appearances a day. Busking, college festivals, malls. As hard as they worked back then it doesn't surprise me that they can do long concerts. Or that they are masters of working a crowd with their performance. Moonbyul's confidence in her singing has really expanded this year. Her solo comeback was great. And she started showing more of what she could do on Solar's part change video with her. Then she really came out strong to win the Second World competition as a singer. Seeing her take on more singing live, with the rest of the group, during the opening night of the World Tour in Seoul was pretty awesome, IMO. ( i didn't see it live, just a video.)
mamamoo distinguish themselves from most kpop groups because of their espectacular stage presence and audience engagement (compared to most groups who go on stage, perform their song and choreography and dont interact with the audience at all) and that is because of their humble background -- rbw wasnt one of the biggest companies in the industry back when they debuted so even prior to their debut the girls would do several live shows in fairs, university festivals and even busking; and, in the majority of those, the music show isnt a separate event but rather something that is happening at the same time as many other things around the festivals, so they had to find ways to get the public's attention and keep them engaged in their performance-- and they became really, really good at it (as you can see from the video)
this makes all their live stages a joy to watch. many artists in the industry could take a page (or several pages) from mamamoo's book. no one does it like them live.

While they don't have a dedicated Christmas album, they do have a Christmas song called memories, I do remember there was a snippet that you guys watched in the "decalcomanie" MV, hella Christmas jazzy vibes (there's a special video of it on yt, its super cute). Also, since Moonbyuls birthday is close to Christmas (Dec 22) she has some special birthday songs she put out for her fans, I would recommend "Snow" and "A miracle 3 Days Ago" for the holiday vibes
"I love you too" also gives me major Christmas vibes.
Wheein released a Christmas track last year with her new label. The song, "Solo Christmas," is a ballad duet with Ailee. It's a very sentimental song. Check it out, it's woryh youf time.

This was three hours into their four hour concert an in heels. Moonbyul has her birthday song for the fans a miracle three days ago it's kinda Xmas also their is a song snow.
Moonbyul does sing in one or two of the immortal songs for short moments. Try listening to the full songs of this medley. She sings in Violet Fragrance.
To give more backstory, Immortal Songs is a South Korean talent show where they invite numerous artists to perform songs from a celebrated featured artist. Mamamoo was one of the few Kpop groups to not only be invited to perform on the show, but to also have won (3 times)
Some personal favorite performances I recommend checking out: Delilah, Passion Flower, Backwoods.
There is another performance that I think you'll definitely love (and probs cry over) it's the MV (live performance but released as an MV?) to I Love Too (or Never Letting Go). The subtitles are available in the video in their official channel. 😊

here are some context that I think you would like to know before watching the MV:
1. This was during their first concert
2. The name Never Letting Go was from that one time they performed and moomoos were holding banners saying "Never Letting Go"
3. When Hwasa's parents said "My daughters", they were probably referring to Wheein and Hwasa, since they both grew up together.
4. Going off of #3, Wheein never really had a father-figure growing up, I believe her parents were divorced, or at least separated and there were some issues before that really affected Wheein. So having Hwasa's parents refer to them as "My daughters" was nothing short of 😭😭
5. Wheein was the only one aware of the surprise video as far as we know that's why she wasn't crying as much as the other three (but I think the video of her mom was last minute, judging from her reaction)
Yes, thank you for recommending this. I Love Too/Never Letting Go is (on some days, depending on my mood) my favourite MV by anyone ever. Anyone who’s seen it will know why a person might feel that way. Anyone who hasn’t seen it: please watch it! I think you won’t be ready. I’d love for more reactors to react to it.
Thank you for the additional points! I think it's necessary to know for new Moos because that video would mean so much more when knowing about these.
But I think for #5, Wheein didn't know about it. The girls knew there would be a video, as during the rehearsal the staff mentioned about it, but I think they were told it's from fans or something? So they were visibly surprised when they saw their families up there. (this info I'm not too sure about, but I think they talked about it in a vlive or something? Hoping someone can correct me if I'm wrong, or put a link to when they talked about this. 🥰)
But Wheein is always the one who has better control of her emotions in the group (which kind of makes sense as she's the one who bottled up her emotions the MOST, which had put a toll on her physically and emotionally, causing her her anxiety issues..).
So in here, you could see that she was trying to control herself, but saw that all the other 3 had broke down, so she was trying to be there for them and took other their parts while still trying to keep her emotions under control.

There’s no official Christmas album, but they have some Christmas themed songs. Memory (from the memory album) is one of my favorites. You actually already heard part of memory in the Decalcomanie MV. The intro and that section with the kiss scenes were small snippets of Memory.
Moonbyul has a solo she put out for her bday (in Dec) called A Miracle 3 Days Ago, and Wheein has a collab with Ailee called Solo. They sounded gorgeous together. They’re all worth watching, you should do a xmas themed video with them! 😊❤
Hope on your own time you can watch the actual full performance of each of these songs. It's nice to have the context and also the dancing and general vibe of the original MMM performance on the show itself shouldn't be missed :)
At this time, moonbyul had not tried to sing yet. She started in 2019 with "paint me", that's why she's only rapping. That's the only thing I don't like abt this medley, luckily she's so much more confident now and gets vocal lines almost every cb

My first time watching this video made me love every member's style. Solar's power, Hwasa's texture, Moonbyul's rap, and Wheein's smooth and clear vocals. Solar truly is a powerhouse. She has some of the most durable vocals I've ever seen. Their energy is inexplicable.
Something I failed to notice the first time watching and what made me absolutely love Wheein is how often she sings the higher harmony above Solar and Hwasa.

It should also be said that they were literally BORN to perform LIVE. any live performance you can see is always a KILLER with Mamamoo. They recently did the Knowing Brothers TV show. And they go several Live performances singing and dancing right there on the set. It is SHOCKING how good they are. STUNNING!!
Immortal songs is a running concert series of the Vegas style showcase you see. Mamamoo was a regular featured group. EXCEPT when they showed up EVERYONE ever connected with the show would show up just to watch them. Any and all of Mamamoo's appearances on this show were some of THE most earthshakingly supreme vocal performances ever seen. They came prepared to tear the place to the ground. There is actually a lot going on here that this group is absolute master of. None of the music they use on these shows is their own original music. These are all covers. But they are covers by one of THE greatest groups that ever existed. See ALL of their Immortal songs performances,... there are others.

This was For their 2017 concert, named ‘Mamamoo Concert Moosical: Curtain Call’ they picked their version of the songs they sang during the show(Immortal Songs), performing an Eleven-Minute long medley in the middle of a Four-Hour long concert.
Yeah, their vocals and live performances are insane. I just freaking love all of them.
For me, it’s been already more than 6 years since I fell in love with them. Backwoods / first song of this video, this was a cover of a legendary song/ was my first stage and song from them. Of course, my first impression was so strong. They’ve had 14 amazing performances on Immortal songs show. Maybe, you all already heard about their 3 trophies 🏆 at this show. You would like their performances.
Their stage presences are at another level. I really love their personalities, vocals, songs, and live performances. Whatever song choose will be awesome.
You really have no idea how many times I watched this performance. Not to mention watched every reaction that I can find 😁 and I'm so glad you finally watched it too 💜
When they back up you can see how big the crowd is in that theater. It's a HUGE theater. This is a Vegas style venue they are playing to. You can also see really well in this performance the Mamamoo lightsticks that fans (moomoos) bring to their shows. The head of the lightstick (the glowing part) is shaped like a Daikon Radish (it's like a specific regional thing). Because "moo" means "radish" in Korean..... and yes, you can order their lightstick, turn it on and bring it to their shows.
I believe they’re also the only gg that has won Immortal Songs 3-4 times while they were still considered rookies in the industry. The level of talent they have is out of this world.
Honestly no matter how many times I watch this medley I am always left deceased. They are so unbelievably talented. If you want some Moonbyul vocals, I recommend checking out her stage of a song called “refuge” from the show “second world” that she competed on! (And won!)
They have over a dozen performances in Immortal Songs (All available on TH-cam!) so can you imagine all these songs performed separately. They are all individually explosive especially the ballads they sang in the beginning of this medley!!

OH MY GOODNESS YES YES YES!!! I clicked so fast when I saw the notification, I am so glad that you guys finally reacted to this- y'all when I first saw this my Jaw was gone it was in the ground! I wouldn't say that they are THE BEST personally I think that them and Red Velvet are pretty close so they are up there but with another group but again a bunch of Groups have Phenomenal Vocalists (like SM legit make them eat CDs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner like what the)- I just have to say they are all AMAZING! Also I don't know if anyone else told you this but at 5:00 WheeSa sang it together "Half of my life is with you" and when I learned that I legit teared up because of how adorable that is and it's very true, at 10:15 I don't know if y'all noticed but Wheein unbuttoned her blazer and when I saw that I legit panicked (all of them did except for Hwasa- if Hwasa did as well I would've just died right then and there) also in the back you can see MoonSun just looking and smiling each other it's so cute, at 14:15 you guys stopped at the wrong but also right time because I was so ready for Moon to start Rapping and then you guys just paused it, at 15:30 THAT IS LEGIT MY QUESTION TO EVERY GROUP HOW, at 16:28 when they shushed the crowd I knew what was about to happen freaking Solar and her INSANE Vocals, and at 16:52 Wheein killed me right they that was very Lethal! Anyways I can't wait for you guys to react to more Mamamoo such as more Music Videos, B - Sides, Live Performances, Covers, Dance Practices, Moments, and of course Ships! I can't wait for more Content from you guys and I hope that you both are doing well and staying safe and healthy!

Definitely no one does it like Mamamoo. If you were blown away by this medley, you really need to check out their full immortal song 2 performances where they do the full songs. Their vocals and performances there are insane! Their vocals in this medley just gives you a nice sample. You'll probably need to react to it on Twitch/Patreon though as they do get blocked on YT. Some Immortal Songs 2 recos are Backwoods, Wonderful Confessions, Love Story of a Girl and Delilah, but they're all worth checking out as they are really phenomenal !

Now that you guys have seen this, I am absolutely requesting an immortal songs performance on your next twitch deep dive! I agree, Mamamoo are the best vocal group in kpop hands down. There are definitely individual singers that are better than the individual members of Mamamoo, i.e. Taeyeon or Wendy, but the way Mamamoo sing *together* is unmatched. No one else can harmonize, blend, and belt together like they do. Combined with their stage presence, charisma, and energy.... it's overwhelming. I can never get enough of them performing together.

Immortal Songs was a Show on TV that had "Classic" Korean songs performed by modern artists in their own style.
And the OG Singers were in attendance. Well, Mamamoo appeared. You might get copyrighted as those performances are on TH-cam. Tom Jones's "Delilah" was one of those. A SK Singer covered it. It will shake you to your bones. Also, check out "Gleam" Mamamoo WARNING-GLASSES.

As a live vocal group, no one can debate that Mamamoo is the best in the whole 3rd generation. The whole 4 ladies are all have amazing vocals, listens to Moonbyul single album at spotify... it's amazing.
Not to mention that they are running and dancing in those F ing heels.
And just and FYI... Solar was unhappy with that last belt, because she had to stop moving to finish it. She is Crazy, and I love her for it.

There is a super cool compilation of just Hwasa high notes floating around TH-cam. You have to get DVDs of their concerts. They perform over 2 hours straight, never missing a breath.
I’m also a fairly recent moomoo, it’s fun to see you guys fall in love with them the way I did. They just embarked on their world tour, non Asian dates have yet to be announced, hope you get a chance to see them perform live if they do visit your city!

You have reacted to the immortal songs, you have reacted to the Killing voice vid, the lit songs Mamamoo has, now may i suggest the more emotional side of them. I recommend songs like Star Wind Flower Sun, Where are we Now, the underrated Paint Me, and Missing you Live.

They really don't do enough 4-part harmonies. They are so rare from MMM but every single one is worthy of praise. Moonbyul is also an amazing vocalist, she's not just a rapper and dancer.

Heyhey!! Just wanted to let you know they do Twitch streams! They have watched Mumumumuch, Gleam, Ddu Ddu Ddu, and MAMA 2019 (JYP) on there already, but it's now a VOD on their Patreon instead of over here. (They have not watched MAMA 2018 because they have not heard Selfish and Easy😊)

If a painter makes a masterpiece then it should be on a canvas. If a singer makes a masterpiece then it should ne on the albums. But what happens when an singer is also an artist? Then their masterpiece is on the stage by bringing good music and how they 'presenting' theirselves in concerts.
Mamamoo are well known to have A Hugeee Stage Presentation and Crowd Control. They really know how to build up emotion from the audience and get mixed to their energy on stage. If you notice the audience in West Countries and East Countries especially Japan and South Korea are very different. In East, the audience has tendency to be quiet, just move a litlle and so on, in short very polite. But when Mamamoo is on Stage.. you can see most of or all of the audience is hype up with their Performance and follow what Mamamoo 'order' them to do 😁😁
I really have to go to Mamamoo concert one day and really feel the excitement and energy from them 😆😆

Harmonies are like breathing to them cause when they started they were told they needed to be good at singing otherwise people wouldn’t be interested because of the way they looked so yeah, they really know and complement each other so well because of how much those talented women practiced
