Thanks for the crisp video. 0:33 made me lighter as well.

Very informative! But after 4:10, is there any reason why you don't build an "hex cylinder" the size of the bolt head (let's call it part 2) in part studio and use a boolean operator with a small offset to substract the hex cylinder and the threaded part of the bolt? (part 2 = part 2 - part 1) ?

    0:00 beginning of screw
    4:30 beginning of bolt
    Thx so much!
PS: for 2023 users for anyone using the helix function it will automatically be set to turns and height and u can change it to turns and endpoint if u want turns only.
    Edit: Grammar

You can also do another extract with a larger circle then use the bolt to remove from the second part, then add an offset on the resulting tread faces. This is useful if you want to later change threads or bolt sizing cause it'll do everything instantly.

That’s sounds pretty cool, being able to change sizes is a cool feature

Hey if anyone is having trouble clicking the lines for the sweep on the nut at time stamp 7:50 use a phone or a touch screen and it will make it a lot easier to select I spent 45 minutes trying to click it on a computer then just opened my phone and within a minute I had it selected and extruded
