To catch more attach the traps to capped off PVC pip and put a pull noodle around it. Just like noodling but instead of having 1 hook you have a whole trap. Throw em out and wait

Martin Fishing dux lux sounds the best.
I've seen massive amounts taken with cast nets but you'll need to chum the water with something like small dog food pellets, fish food and even maggots (I know, it's gross but brings up TONS of small sunfish as we use to catch gigantic catfish with).
First chum the water with bread, than use a cast net to cast on top of them.
To much muck in it, he would bring up a ton of grass and it would effect the way it would catch them *trust me I know from experience😂

By the way put a pvc in he hole of the beaver dam, make sure it stays and hey will build over it not covering they holes the water draines
Flair I wanted to let you know that I have a really fire pond in Georgia where I live and you can have a chance to brake you pb it is a really small pond that is about 4 acres but there a 're fish in there that are atleast 13 to 12 Mabry 10 lbs we have lost fish in there around 12 lbs the biggest I have ever caught was 10.3 lbs and my cousin 11.6lbs I would love to meat you and fish with u

Use a cast net to catch those bait fish
Green sunfish in the right environment can grow to decent size....they can be fast action on artificial baits......
Cast net will do some good on fish control. Just bait an area with fish pellets rice bread or something like that to get them to congregate to the area u throw the net

Green sunfish or any sunfish ARE the bass food. Ive pulled a bass out and you could see the tail of the fish it had just ate. Put a bunch of nice size LMB in there and they will start cutting down on that population faster than trapping will.
