At 3:30 you are being “playing” with the spline curve by tracking a point and move it around without entering the sketch mode. How did you achieve that?
Thx! 😃 I've been trying to figure out how to create a convex ❤ with User Parameters, and maybe with user-defined parametric equations, for awhile now. To be honest, I'm still stumped... lol I'll check out some of your vids, and hopefully pick up on a thing or two that'll be helpful.
Then, when you create the intersect projection, if you create a spline that follows the projection and after you use that spline as a face for the loft, you could be able to control de curve ??
Why didn't you just use the intersection curve option to make it easier 😅 Edit: yup I didn't wait till the 4:00 minute mark 😅. I am leaving it as a self shaming comment to learn nof to do this in the future 😂. Thanks man for the great content 🙏
Very helpful video, thanks! I'm struggling through a design with lots of complex geometry and this should help now that I understand how it works. However, I did lol when you got the "unhandled intersecting data" error. Good to know I'm not the only one who constantly gets totally unhelpful random error messages while doing things that should work just fine.

not getting extrude option for curve?
Thx! 😃

Yes and if you need more help, then please contact me on my forum and I'll help you: tesreg.com/forums/
why split the surface then delete part?. why not just trim surface with other surface ?
I have a project I have been doing in fusion. I have a few issues if you wanna take a look at what I have. It's a car door panel for a datsun.
Sure, I would love to help you. You can contact me on this forum: tesreg.com/community/fusion-360/
I am struggling to project one curve onto another. Do you have any solution for that? Something more similar to Sketch on sketch in Solidworks

Why not figure out what the problem was with the surface splits first, THEN record and upload?
Because it didn't matter, the first method was the long and tedious one anyway
@@AlessioSangalli but we didn’t know that until we sat through “the long and tedious” demo that went nowhere.
@@JuanAdam12 true, the presentation should have been clearer saying a better method would be presented

Ah ha the fission fusion intersection curve gotcha
