I just want to say thank you so much for your videos I wish I would have watched them before starting EMT school but I’m so glad I have them now sadly I failed my NREMT the first time and I just felt so discouraged to take it again and I didn’t know where to start studying but you have been such an amazing help I appreciate you so much!!!

Hey Frank, thanks for watching! If a patient has angina of course you could try nitro, but by the using the word "Unstable Angina" thus the Nitro wouldn't decrease the pain, neither would rest
