Did you have to prepare anything for drainage? And how did make the ground moist to get the weeds out before you put the top soil? Great video, I'm following along to do my own!
Nothing specific for drainage… just made sure that the slop is not towards the slab of the house. We spread some old cardboards before putting top soil on. This really helped killing the existing weed and also help in keeping weed growth to minimum even after 1.5 years now.
