Good video. The thought process that everyone goes through with PEVs is interesting & entertaining. If you wanted to rank these e-bikes, the Goat’s would fair well for pedal bikes; however, that’s a false rubric for anyone that knows anything about this class of EV. You also touched on it. A rare number of people actually pedal this type of e-bike, yet it’s oftentimes factored into any analysis, which IMHO is misguided. Every e-bike that I see with bike components is heavily scrutinized due to the confusion that it causes. Due to the added weight/speeds, IMO standard bike components should be eliminated. That’s the #1 rule, next is real world performance. Some of these machines are brittle & when pushed fail. I haven’t had that as an issue, up until recently when I rode in the rain & during a storm. That’s when you learn what it’s made of & what it’s capable of. As far as seats, I’ve got a couple seats in route from Tapia Seats…can’t wait to put them to the pace & see how they hold up. The lock feature on the Goat is fantastic; I haven’t seen that feature mentioned in other reviews or maybe I wasn’t paying attention, but that’s an excellent feature to have on these PEVs…wish more manufacturers focused on security as much as all the other major components. Thanks for sharing. Cheers.
@@applechili2848 Thanks for watching and commenting. I agree with everything you’ve said. Apologies for the late response. My Tapia Seat arrives today. Will do a vid. I haven’t a vid on Tapia yet.
Hey. Thanks for watching. Getting the caps out was tough. Loosen the center bolt and start prying the cap. But carefully because you don’t want to scrap the ends of the handlebars. It may seem like they’re not coming out but trust me, they will give.
Congratulations and good luck with your power goat 👍
@@rambojohn7118 Thanks. I love it. My Custom seat arrives today. 😁

Straight NY, love it! Keep the fenders. No trim!
Sorry for the late response. Thanks. I still have the fenders on.
Thanks for the video! How did you get the caps out?

Motor goat v3 seat is no good either. Hoping to get Tapia seat. Just waiting for them to get the measurements right.
Yup. I checked Tapia’s site. They are pricey. I’ll definitely look into it. Thanks.
The main reason I chose scooters over bikes is cus sitting on these things is not comfortable for me
Get a diff seat? You can get a workout on this if you want, scooters you can’t. I use it for both 🤷🏻♂️
I hear you. I ordered a Tapia Seat a month ago and it finally arrives today. Thanks for watching.
