Last summer I ordered a Highlander hybrid AWD platinum. Delivery isn't until sometime in 2025 and even though I have a deposit on it, I still don't know the exact price. I can cancel the order anytime as the dealership says they can easily sell it to another customer. I've been reconsidering the Highlander after seeing the newly designed Traverse and will make the final decision after taking the Z71 Traverse for a test drive. I should mention that I bought a brand new Traverse back in 2012 and still have it. Its never once been in the shop for repairs.
I got a fully loaded RS on order
I just ordered a Traverse Z71. I really wanted the Harvest Bronze (army green metallic), but because of the red accents inside the cabin, I opted for a red exterior. At least then the red accents won't look grotesque. Too bad it doesn't come in a V6, but that's the times we live in.
50K plus for the top trim is becoming the standard. Add in the Hybrid, looking at a few bucks more. My Platinum Pathfinder listed for 54. Glad I had a decent trade and cash for the rest.
Where are the rear seat shades? What if you have kids?

It is … I’m waiting for the 2025 or 2026 version to see if they add interior options. I want a white or brown!
Chevy is looking good with their new designs. I hope they compete with Toyota quality. The American worker (which can be very lazy and entitled) I hope will take more Pride in their work to put out good quality vehicles. I’m still not convinced that the American vehicle industry compares with Asian brand quality. Wake up American worker, it’s more than a pay check. Yes, some of these vehicles and/or components come from Asian countries.

Also with the chip shortage, then rushing crappy chips to market, post Covid vehicles are plagued with electrical problems! Then add $15,000 to the price to boot!
Most recent CR long term reliability ratings has Buick and Chevy right behind Lexus and Toyota as most reliable car brands. American quality is starting to wake up.
You obviously not had a 2023 or 2024 chevy as they are doing better and selling more. And with great maintenance you have np with this or the equinox
Too little too late though. People like me have paid for years for their mistakes. On top of that chevy’s are now made in Canada, and Ford moving to Mexico. Not counting their Union supports Democrats! No. I’m done with them.@@tomcat1555
