I used card stock, normal pearl paper and a flocked paper.

I mailed them through the post. They are counted as a large letter :D

Just curious, how did you go about sending the boxes out in the mail though?
I wrapped them in brown paper (butchers paper/art paper) and sent them like normal. They were the size of a large letter as they are under 20mm thick so they cost $2.20 to send.
