2:05 Are all components of a solar system, including panels, inverters, cables, protective devices, busbars, etc., up to the connection point to the main busbar considered as a current source, or is only the inverter considered as a current source, while other elements in the solar power system need to have their impedance and reactance calculated when performing short-circuit calculations? What standard is your calculation based on?

I have a small confusion , you mention about 5kA (at time 03:38) can you please clear from where you get this number? I will be waiting for your kind response.

That's the Icc given by the manufacturer of the circuit breaker there

Hello Saeed, 5kA is a number taken just as an example. The short-circuit contribution from the grid should be calculated for every project

      Hi Pranati,
The inverter rating is selected based on the expected peak photovoltaic production (which depends on the photovoltaic panel capacity and orientation, as well as on weather conditions …). And of course, selecting the power of a PV system, for a new or existing building, is directly related to the sustainability goal to achieve Green building certification, Net Zero energy: th-cam.com/video/74dMnnNpDbQ/w-d-xo.html
