Are these 3 phase transformers ? Are the calculations the same
how to calculate the protection setting ( overcurrent for this case whereby the transformer has different MVA but is connected in parallel
Very well explained. I have posted a video 'short circuit calculations with back ground theory . It covers distribution systems. Please watch for more details
So this is all for single phase transformer.
is this the same as "short circuit current"?
What is I/Z?
LOVE THESE "BITE SIZE" VIDEOS. THANKS!
Great video. But you need to divide by 0.025, not 0.25.
Hi can I get these calculations over control panel has power and vfd ?
Corection: answer should be 10,000A
Excellent explanation! Thank you!
125/0.25 = 500A not a 5000A sir
125/0.025 is what it is on there
The title of the video is "Short circuit calculations for distribution systems'
why do use the rated current of the transformer in a short circuit event?
HeyWhy don't u divide KVA to 1.73?
You divide by 1.73 if it is a 3phase transformer
Thank you for making things so simple that my 5 year old can grasp 👊
Excellent !Thank you very much sir.
Really really nice video
Beautiful n easy to understand
thank you for covering this!
Very good. Thanks
Wish this was covered better in school. Awesome job.
