They seem very close but I would choose the birch for the softness.
I bought the Avocado Green mattress + topper 1 year ago and both my husband and I hate it. I’m a side/stomach sleeper and he’s a back sleeper. The first couple months it was ok, especially compared to our old memory foam mattress, but quickly started developing indents from our bodies despite rotating as recommended. Kind of a bummer as we’re trying to find something non-toxic but worried they’re all the same :/

I was in a wreck in 2012 and need a Richways biomat to sleep. So I sleep on rocks and that is pretty firm.
Love the plushness of the Birch but I am mostly a side sleeper so it may not be the right fit for me.
