Yeah the "new" guy with a shield and a shotgun that stuns you , dont destroy his shield he gains immortality for few secs and increases his HP by 2x or even 3x, better to walk around and kill him with shield intact just like a shield cop.

Honestly, kinda sad payday 3 wont have any dlc besides cosmetics, but ig it is better because payday 2 heist dlcs are expensive asl and personally i am kind of a cosmetic fan
(Visually they are cheap yes but if i'm paying 8 dollars i expect atleast more then 1 heist in it)
