    Hi Thank you so so much for all th Zanzibar videos. I've been searching for some info on this place so that I can plan ahead. But all other videos ( well not all, but mostly) are about showcasing their vacation n trips m vlogs etc. hardly telling anything informative about the place itself. You have nailed it. This isy second video on your channel about Zanzibar and I'm loving all the content. So thank you once again for making these videos. It really helps for travellers like us! :)
    Also would like to mention that you exude very warm and positive energies!!! Love!!

    I went to Zanzibar last year. She is absolutely right when she describes the vibe of each city. Stone Town is not somewhere i recommend for more than one night. It's more of an industrial type of place (cargo ships, market, etc). Paje is cool if you want to relax and a quiet vibe. It's great for couples. Nungwi was my favorite place to go to because it has a great social/party scene and i like how all the hotels are right next to each other. You can bar and restaurant hop. There are restaurants, stores, and shops right outside the hotel. Kenwa Rock is a party spot too. I plan on going back in December of this year. Great video by the way. It was very helpful.

    Well, that's a great vid 🎉❤
    Have you ever heard that ZANZIBAR is a combination of main two islands which are Unguja the one you visited and Pemba island which is on the north of Unguja ? Probably not. Since most of the tourists who actually travel to Zanzibar have no clue about Pemba island at all.
    Alright ! When you combine these two islands together Which are Unguja and Pemba, then you get one name which is ZANZIBAR.. There are over 51 small islands on it tho.
    I think you should come back to Unguja to visit Pemba island. That sounds you will have already visited both main islands when you do that. Therefore you can tell people that you've been to ZANZIBAR already, kidding Lol 😍

    Hi. Love your video and it’s very helpful.
    I have questions. If you a American citizen and travel to Zanzibar. It’s better to apply visa online in advance? Or can get it at the arrival?
    And do you need to get any shots before traveling to Zanzibar?

    • @ChristineLozada
      @ChristineLozada  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great questions! I'm in my experience.. YES you can apply for a visa online in advance (it will make your arrival process faster) but given I came here literally a day after booking my flight, the online visas take a few days to process so I did mine in person. The only thing I was worried about was yellow fever given I was traveling ON to a safari afterward.. but otherwise, I wasn't aware of anything else needed. Does anyone else in the comments have an experience they can share?

    You also need to know that some tourists are experiencing attacks by locals who are taking their belongings. We have been in Zanzibar in May 2021 and we have been victims of such attack. One local attacked me and cut my crossbody bag using a knife. The bag had all our money, our bank cards and mobiles.
