Very interesting topic Zulu you know our Parents have this mentality that we have to carry their legacy if they stayed in abusive marriage we have to stay too, we can't be bunch of failures in this family, it real breaks my heart you know, our Parents are not aware this type of marriage they had is no longer incompatible with us. I wish you could address this further ,so many woman are in prison of their own because the fear that parents will say something.
A times it sounds rude but when i rem how the back n forth costed the peace,happiness and freedom of that beautiful gorgeous heroine but since its the family who had her final say and at the end of it all i remained motherless, i cant dare let my kids go thru the same. I always say their peace was among the reasons i left and how could they be peaceful before i be. Proud of my decisions. Its me who was married not society, family nor friends

My understanding is, this will not apply in everything & every human! When you are in the wrong place, God gives you a chance to move out and move forward into your destiny and your purpose. He moved the Children of Israel out of bondage! He didn't tell them to wait until He changes Pharaoh! Some situations require you to move forward, and you will hear that voice from God when you earnestly ask, through prayer! Decide for yourself! 👑
Looks like I got everything right and gladly so,there was never going to be a committee or anything close to that because my folks are quite learned but I needed mental independence and so I had to do the physical distancing and my oh my, the results are great!
I lived near my mother after Varsity, I seek for approval in my decisions until recently I decided to move provinces away from my mom because I could see that I'm not growing, I cannot make decisions by myself. Thank you for the talk
