    I discovered this channel years back for rehabbing my left shoulder. Unfortunately due to being a busy massage therapist I have suffered with Posterior neck pain quite a bit. Il be booking a physio appointment asap and will ask about these exercises.

    Do you think the curl up abdomen stability exercise is any good for the neck?

      Yes - as long as you don’t have major weakness in the neck first

    I have a client who cannot lie on his back, and even in a prone position, it will cause the abs to spasm. Could the neck exercises on the floor be done with a pilates ball and either be on all floors and against the wall or in a seated, upright position?

    I do these exercises daily and my the sides of my neck are always sore causing me instability and dizziness......I know the dizzyness is coming from the muscles because if I press into them it triggers the symptoms....I am in hell ....it's been 11 years and my neck is always sore... nothing has helped ...tried everything....scans....mri's.... nothing comes up.....What else should I do ..please help me

      Look into pri exercises , sounds like a breathing and posture problem

    My life has been ruined by weak muscles at base of my skull there all floppy and everything I try does not work just seems to make it worse especially stretching the muscle with resistance bands

    How do u retrain weak scm muscle on one side of the neck? For my case its on the left side of my neck. Isometric neck exercises?

    when i lay flat on my back my rear neck is turned on real bad will this help?
