What do you mean? It has modular floors and sits on a baseplate. Only thing it's missing are the technic bricks on the sides. I don't use those on any of my modulars so I left them out so it would look better.
Um, it's similar to the dimensions in modular buildings, but it varies for each building. I try to get the proportions to represent the source material. Most are 16 or 32 wide (to fit on baseplates); the jail is in between because it had that wrap around courtyard. Floors are usually 7 to 9-ish high. First floor usually higher like 9 and second floor like 7. The jail is taller to match the real one (10, I think). Same with the Nimitz's 1st floor (11). The Auslander is a shorter house so it's only 7. For length, I try to leave 8 studs in front for sidewalks (at least 6) and then leave 4-6 empty in the back. Usually I'm designing them for a particular spot, so I'll vary how far back they go so they're not all even on the rear.

Do you have a standard stud width and length for all your buildings in your city? Same for brick height for each floor or does it vary?
