Fantastic build! I like how you are able to insert the floors with all their details.

Thanks! Yeah, I'm glad that worked as well as it did! You never know when it's a digital design.

Not sure how I missed this build. One of the best moc’s I’ve ever seen.
Absolutely amazing building techniques to create the steamboat rooms.

Thanks for the compliment! It's definitively my most complicated MOC so far.

Maybe it’s because I’m from a small southern town, but this has become my favorite moc building series on TH-cam. Thanks for sharing!

Great job tackling this complicated building. Every time I try to do something that is difficult like this, I get discouraged and quit.

This looks amazing, especially the exterior and interior mini builds. The steamboat part colors with the balcony looks awesome
The history was interesting and the stories you put in were great
    Possibly your best MOC yet

Thanks so much! I'm really happy with how it turned out! And I discovered all that history while I was editing, so I thought I might as well include it, lol.

Probably the hardest building to build in Fredericksburg.

Oh man, is it me or is the content coming even more frequently ? Either way, great moc as always, entertaining and really nice ! I'm slowly beginning to feel an emotional connection the Fredbricksburg !

Thanks! I go through cycles of designing a lot, waiting for all the parts, and then building everything, lol.
