First of all, nice video, TAGG! For this mod to work you need two things - TM2 enabled and bi-directional PROCHOT# to be enabled. Both are controlled by CPU MSRs. The first can be altered by CPUMSR utility. On my P5E board I had TM1 disabled and TM2 enabled which is fine. HWinfo isn't required. I appreciate using Memset and AIDA memory subsystem test (read/write/latency). Antinomy
my question though wouldnt the higher multi at 4.2 with a slight bump in fsb with faster ram like 1066 so it dosnt freak out yeild similar or better results ?>
No, because the mem multi is allready maxed out the higher FSB is needed to get above 500Mhz mem at all, there's no higher mem dividers for your idea to work on intel 775, 1:2 is the highest :(
I have actually tried this with the latest version, however unfortunately Throttlestop doesn't work with this CPU architecture (and perhaps all P4 and before). Whatever the cause, it does not work. CPU-MSR is the proper tool for the job after PROCHOT is grounded.

Oh, BTW, TAGG! To escape full screen mode you just have to press Alt+Enter ;-)
Bless you for your P4P800SE modBIOS!
@@Wasmachineman Thanks but it wasn't me, it's digitalbath. I've made the original P4C800-E bench BIOS that he used for his P4P800SE version.
I'll try this with my sandy bridge 2400 EDIT:it went horribly wrong
:)
How horribly? As long as nothing irreplaceable 'went burny', I find tech horror stories quite amusing.
Cool Ill give it a try :) it'll be fun
Celeron is ordered and on the way
thanks for sharing, I'll try it out
Shit, time to pull out the P5K😅

@@taggxoc even still woukdbt just the 4.2 ghz be overall faster except with specific workloads? Also what about good ram with super tight timing ?
Calling P35 "modern" lol. All a matter of perspective I guess
Silly Question, but throttlestop program could do the trick?

For the love of God please use manual focus
