What i love abt this movie was the fact that Debbie got her revenge and no one actually tried to stop her and she didn't get busted as well. Those things usually occur in a revenge themed movie, and god i hate those stuff. Im glad she didn't go to jail or lose someone, on the contrary, she gained "stuff" lol
It also helps that her mother was German and taught her how to speak it fluently as well. She even gave a little shout out to her mom at the end of the movie. When she's visiting Danny's grave, you'll find Helga B (her mother)'s grave as well.
I am from Germany and I can say, you would not notice she is American. Sure, there is a little accent but hey - it could be from somewhere in Germany so.
I really like the move except for this second surprise crime at the end. It felt cheap compared to all the cleverness that went into stealing the first necklace. It also kind of ruined the whole team aspect of the crime because so many of the characters were not involved.

Debby knows that as a true con artist, it is possible that Danny might also have faked his death. it would so cool isn't it!! Well, they made Ocean's 11,12, and 13, and now they went to 8, so it is still possible that Ocean's 9 and 10 will appear in the future, with that plot twist!
Or just a few from each cast. I personally want Mindy Kaling's character to come back because I can see the tactical advantage of impromptu jewelry disassembling/reassembling
Loved this movie perfectly cast(I love Sandra and Cate in particular)no shooting, cursing or violence it stands on it’s own. And Sandra is of German decent so she really knows the language.

This movie is actually underrated . Unlike the past heists from her brother , she got caught but got away with it honestly . I mean she told the investigator everything and gave him some 😂😂😂 and the operation went on very smoothly even though I thouht the kitchen guys are gonna catch the one cutting the necklace 😂😂

What separates this from Ocean's 11 is that they gave you all the pieces. You can go back and watch the heist happening when you watch the movie. You can't just, at the end of it all, show a bunch of things the audience never knew about. Oceans 12 did it and it nearly destroyed the franchise.

A super elaborate well thought out plan ends with not latching the rollup door on the van. You can see it's unlatched as the van pulls away. In reality the jewels likely fell off the truck and scattered on the pavement not long after the scene cuts.

So I think she got a little too much into it and accidentally said “Gefrierschrank” again when she was supposed to say “Gefrierfach” - meaning the woman can speak German fluently and doesn’t usually mix up articles but it was probably just too much in the acting at the moment :)
I love that Sandra is still fluent in German, some lose it or don’t continue to speak it so I love seeing her speak in her mom’s native language.
