You must have been in western Pennsylvania last year when you experienced the bitter cold. I'm outside Philly. Last winter was a piece of cake. It barely got down to freezing and we haven't had any snow in over 600 days. Hopefully this winter will be a repeat of last year. 🤞

Is the pay worth it? DO You get a lot of work? Especially within your 1st year. I understand the work ethic that's needed. I live in Connecticut, and i spoke briefly with a recruiter. I just have to add combinations to my permit.
It's been worth it for me. Every driver's experience is different, though, based on your goals and needs, among other things. I consistently have freight to move. It really helps if you either live in a good area of the country where there is demand or you stay out on the road longer and can freely move.
