That too was the moment he realized she truly didn't care about him so of course he got upset. My emotions would be all over the place had that been me. He handled it as well as to be expected , getting mad & taking the phone. Knowing someone's trying to set you up to fall very hard & finding out that they don't care all in one night would be upsetting to anyone. He was clearly inebriated at the time but he didn't hit or attack her, things could've been much worse but he's not the violent person she tried to paint him as. If she didn't like the way he was acting while partying she could've refused to party with him or just left him. Instead she had every intention of trying to paint the worst picture of him possible in order to win big bucks in their divorce. There's no other reason to set up a recorder then DELIBERATELY start fights & try to escalate them into physical altercations. She then offered to give her settlement away in order to try & show she wasn't after money but anyone with common sense can see right through her because if one's truly abused they're going to accept that payment & feel vindicated without guilt knowing deep down they really deserve the settlement. She was only trying to cover her butt by offering to give the money away. She played a sick game & nearly destroyed his life's work over money & now she's losing that game. Sadly he lost work & millions in revenue, she should be ordered to pay him back.

My mother was the abuser in my parent’s relationship, he left her and forever after she told everyone that he beat her and us and that she left him and had battered wives syndrome. She still says it like she believes it. He was a judge on a very high court and had to step off the bench because of her lies of abuse. All the while she abused her children as well. My friend we had in our family a relative a woman and she was the abuser she was so bad at this she killed her husband while he was drunk by hitting him with a shovel in the head.it took a month for him to develope a brain swelling and die.he complained that she beat him a lot this time and hit him hard in the head.(the beatings were on a regular basis) Later he died .no investigation no nothing .she just had insane rage. Evil woman. The guy the softest soul you can imagine. When drunk he would start singing like a professional .The hearth of the company. It was like she was envious about his goodness and hearth. She could not stand him and killed him but this time she went little bit over with the hits and did it. He said many times that one day she would kill him.

Interesting how attentively Amber sits listening to her lawyer laying out what the lawsuit is about, as if hearing it for the first time, as if she’s trying to take mental notes on what’s being said.
To me, it’s as if she’s taking mental notes to try and remember what’s being said so that she will be sure to regurgitate the same story when necessary. And I love the way they paint her as such an innocent girl, as if she didn’t know what she was getting into before marrying him. First off, just the fact that she drives a Mustang, lets me know that this girl ain’t no little sweet Angel. Just looking at her, you can clearly see that she is a tough cookie, one who wouldn’t take crap from no one.
Jonny is an open book. But no man, he ain’t as bad as they’re all trying to paint him out to be. He’s eccentric, a little out there. But no, I don’t believe him to be capable of being as bad as they’re painting him out to be.

I’ve just watch the whole video I was watching both Johnny and Ambers body language Ambers showed signs of guilt and kind of like shyness as if you know you’ve done something wrong but you don’t want anybody else to know I see her blink multiple times at once even before she started to shed a little tears any time that the cameras pointing to her she looked at the camera slightly then would keep looking away and trying to look around to distract her eyes and she kept making head movements and touching her eyes and stuff like that Johnny showed really little to no emotion but I watched his facial expressions and his movements his body movements and it it showed that he was genuinely trying to take in the information that is being put against him in his head and trying to understand like how is this possible or even like understand why sorta Kinda no one‘s really understanding where he’s coming from and it really just showed him trying to get Ambers false allegations we are Johnny seemed very relaxed very you know calm he didn’t seem timid like Amber and I honestly believe that Johnny is telling the truth

It’s about physical abuse and so far during this trial we’ve never seen nor heard of any evidence stating Johnny as the physical abuser which is the main goal here but we have heard loads and seen many presented evidence clearly shown her as the abuser throughout the marriage, not only physical abuse, verbal abuse but also emotional abuse, it’s all kinds of abuse she tortured him with. She’s a gold digger for sure only after Johnny’s money but I guess she never loved him.

If you listen to the recordings of the night she injured his finger or when he realized she was setting him up you'd clearly see that she's the abusing psychopath.
She's even used makeup to give the appearance of having been beat up then said he did it. That action alone proves she's a deceitful conniving liar.
She questioned his every move even flipping out on him for spending a few extra minutes at a neighbors home. She knew the neighbor was someone he'd known for years & he was only visiting with them but she'd go into a jealous rage & felt neglected by him over a few minutes spent with a neighbor then she'd pick fights with him over it, very immature. For some getting that rise or reaction's an immature or sick & twisted way to feel like the other person cares. She felt as long as he was fighting with her in her mind that was him showing her that he cared. She'd do this after they'd go out drinking & he actually caught her & got very upset. I can't say I don't blame him because at that very moment he's realized he was involved with someone that's sneaky & out to get him. That too was the moment he realized she truly didn't care about him so of course he got upset. My emotions would be all over the place had that been me. He handled it as well as to be expected , getting mad & taking the phone.
Knowing someone's trying to set you up to fall very hard & finding out that they don't care all in one night would be upsetting to anyone. He was clearly inebriated at the time but he didn't hit or attack her, things could've been much worse but he's not the violent person she tried to paint him as.
If she didn't like the way he was acting while partying she could've refused to party with him or just left him. Instead she had every intention of trying to paint the worst picture of him possible in order to win big bucks in their divorce. There's no other reason to set up a recorder then DELIBERATELY start fights & try to escalate them into physical altercations.
She then offered to give her settlement away in order to try & show she wasn't after money but anyone with common sense can see right through her because if one's truly abused they're going to accept that payment & feel vindicated without guilt knowing deep down they really deserve the settlement. She was only trying to cover her butt by offering to give the money away.
She played a sick game & nearly destroyed his life's work over money & now she's losing that game. Sadly he lost work & millions in revenue, she should be ordered to pay him back.
