You ever have idle issues with this truck again check the Idle Air Control Valve on the throttle body. Mine ran like crap until I cleaned and adjusted it. The factory recommended setting the pintle to 1 1\10th of an inch of stickout, but mine wanted a little more to idle right. It's amazing how many vehicles get parked over simple repairs and maintenance, good job bringing it back to life.
13:56 if the clutch safty switch goes out just connect the two wires or I connected them to a hidden switch for security in my 94 f-150 that you flip and you can start the truck.
Pull the vacuum hose off the egr valve and plug it off and see if it idles better. If its not that, 2.8 distributor caps are prone to cracking and crossfiring. Swap the cap and rotor button.
Thank you everyone for watching and supporting the channel, this episode has almost six thousand views in a month. I feel blessed and am very grateful.
Take in them moments with your dad! Lost mine back in July. I miss doing projects with him all the time. Love the channel by the way!

Mice need a place to live too, I just wish they didn’t live in every car I decided to revive.
Try replacing the EGR valve.
