Just found your channel so I've got a lot of catching up to do. I'm working on a 1969 Kawasaki F4 right now but plan to make a start on my H2 this coming winter.
VERY CAREFULLY! Once they are removed from the gauge pods I used a can opener (screwdriver would work). I then pryed the rollover open on the chrome ring that's holding the glass in place. One you've opened up the entire rollover you can remove the ring/glass assembly to open up the gauges
